Machine didn't work properly right out of the box.

Followed the instructions, double checked the connections, and fired it up. Immediately out of the gate it was doing strange things. Completely shutting off randomly. I called Cyber Power and they suggested it was a power supply so they offered to send me another, (though they had to hold funds as collateral and hopefully will return my money when I send back the PSU). I replaced the PSU and nothing had changed. I am thinking it was a hardware issue of some sort. Really unfortunate as I have been messing with this thing to no avail for 2 weeks. I am just going to return to Best Buy and get another. My experience may have been bad luck though.

New pc sad news

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It started off really well great performance but then started to decline 10 days later my screen keeps flickering on and off it never turns on correctly and I don’t know what to do my screen is showing purple dots all the time and I’m constantly turning it off and back on and changing the screen resolution so it won’t be so big.
