I bought this pc and it’s obviously it’s prebuilt. I bought a prebuilt because I don’t know how to put a pc together, which I need to learn. I’ll be playing a game or just on a website and my pc just shuts off. Fans will still run as if it was in Sleep Mode.Be aware and please fix

Bought this computer for my wife for her first starter Gaming Desktop. PC came without RAM. Very unprofessional on CyberPower's part. When I took it back to the store they we're even surprised to see no RAM. BestBuy ordered me another PC in return for the inconvenience.

I had the computer for 5 days until it decided to stop powering on, and I returned it to the store the same day. When it was operational, it was great. However, if it will not power on, you can not utilize it in any fashion.

It started to crash after couple weeks later after I bought it. Now it wont even turn on it automatic crashes when I barely turn it on. Have to go get it fix now cheap parts!!

Excellent graphics and speed to play with family! Perfect for a first-timer. Would purchase again.

There are various problems from time to time, it is not recommended to buy, spend a few hundred dollars more to buy a better one

Great pc, runs games at around 200 fps depending which games you play. The bad things about it is that: 1) It doesn't come with a windows product key (or for me it didn't) 2)Its loud but not too loud to get annoyed by Besides that its a great pc, its smooth and looks sick with the RGB.

This pc is everything I hoped it would be. It was an extremely easy set up that took less then 10 mins. It allows me to play all of my games that I got it for and it’s extremely fast. The price was great and it’s also very very cool looking.

This PC is a very good starting PC. Best price I could find for the components in this PC. The computer runs very smooth I love it and hope to keep it for years. Only reason I dock a star was because it came with a dent in the case I assume from shipping and the fans run pretty loud.

The pc is amazing, I have no problems with it, it runs smooth has good space, and games look beautiful, good for the price. Great pc

Bought this for my son so that he could do online gaming and make music. He loves it. Had one issue with it so far but we had the GeekSquad plan so they where able to fix it. I recommend you definitely purchase the plan when you purchase these things because you just never know.

I received a prebuilt CyberPower PC for teaching that included a 3700x AMD CPU, GTX 1660, and 16 GB of ram. It also came with an upgraded Corsair air cooler. I appreciate the choice of components used at the price point it was offered. As a classroom PC, it has everything I need for both in person and online instruction!

ive had this pc for a month now overall its been good experience i havent had any issues i will say i wish they would say on the spec tab for the case what size can you use if you want to change it to a aio cooling and give a motherboard user manual but i was lucky to find one online i would give it a 5 star but little details to me matter. i would recommend this pc to someone who is wanting to buy their first pc its pretty decent. in all games ive played ive alway had more than 100 fps.

Pc overall works really well and was easy to set up and use. Although, the first one I got had some problems. When removing the packaging I realized that the gpu was bent. Upon further inspecting, it was the packaging inside(and shipment) that caused the gpu to bend. Later I exchanged it but had to wait a while until they were available again of course. The workers at best buy were super sweet and helpful and left me satisfied in the end. This new one works like a charm and runs everything smoothly; the only complaints I'd really have is one of the WIFI adapters came broken and the gpu is a bit heavy for the motherboard to support fully. I'd recommend adding something under the gpu to help support its weight if you have the same problem. Will update more later. Have had this pc for about 2 weeks now :).

Arrived very quick works amazingly and simple to set up the instructions are very clear. turning it on after connecting the monitor I plugged in the included mouse and keyboard very quiet, and runs smoothly overall very good if you are looking to get a inexpensive gaming desktop.

Works great never had a problem in 3 years the specs keep up with current games

his pc is super fast. I’ve wanted this build for a while and it’s a really good price. Comes with 4 fans which are RGB, plenty of USB ports to use, and comes very well packaged and protected. and great for new pc users

CyberPowerPC has the greatest pc ever. You can't beat the specs and price they offer. It comes with a mouse and keyboard too AND WINDOWS 10. I was able to play game as soon as possible and its buttery smooth
