Very disappointed in this CyberPowerPC - Gamer Master Desktop (AMD Ryzen 7 3700X - 16 GB Memory) machine. I bought it at Best Buy on September 8, 2021. When I received the device, my first comment was that the configuration was not as I ordered: instead of the GTX 1660 Super video card, it was a GTX video card. 2660. You think I got lucky because I received a higher-than-required video card? I thought so too until I finished installing Windows 10 and ran it: it crashed frequently, with BSOD and no BSOD. Because of work, I still have to try to continue using it without sending it back to the manufacturer for warranty, but the machine often malfunctions so I can't stand it. I thought maybe the manufacturer CyberPowerPC installed the 2660 card for me at that time not out of kindness, but because they were in short supply of chips. After all, maybe it's because of this video card that my machine crashes so often, or perhaps there's an error in the machine's memory.

Bought this computer new. The mouse button was broken and the wheel on the mouse was pushed in so I couldn’t spin. The keyboard button (f) was getting stuck so I popped it off to see that the inside was bent. Other then those problems so far its been fine.

Very disappointed with this computer and even the company. I bought it with excitement and it worked absolutely fine, beautifully even but after using it for games for 1 month I’ve ran into an issue. My mouse, keyboard and headset won’t connect to it anymore and my GPU randomly crashed even though it was up to date and I kept getting a black screen (not due to the monitor) and I even had Geek Squad fix it though the issue still persists. I’m obviously having some kind of hardware or faulty parts issue and am extremely disappointed that I spent so much money on a computer for it to go bad in 1 month.

I just bought one PC yesterday, found out the Motherboard is misaligned, looks like someone doing this job was in a big hurry. it’s hardly to plug USB etc stuff, the port has only one HDMI port , I bought 2 HDMI Monitors but can only connect one, I have paid the technology people set them up , now I have to exchange another kind of Monitors , have to put them into the boxes return and order another one and pay the technology people setting up again…… I won’t suggest any one buy their products.

I haven’t had the computer very long, so far speed wise gaming seems really great. It can be a bit noisy, but when you’re gaming and raging, you don’t really pay too much attention to it. The colors are beautiful, the set up was very easy. I didn’t necessarily get it for gaming, I got it for work but I wanted to be able to game on it as well. It has a pretty nice keyboard, not ver good for gaming, but it’s not bad for it coming with the tower. It also comes with a very advanced mouse which has a bunch of extra buttons that I actually don’t know what to do with. But it’s really nice. I do wish the keyboard could change colors instead of being just white. Overall definitely a good buy.

Parts I got with it: (Wasn't able to find or ID a few, and gpu and cpu are already published, being a MSI 1660 super 6gb GPU, and a risen 7 3700x CPU) Motherboard: Not Sure PSU: Not sure, but it is gold rated SSD: WD Blue HDD: Not sure Fans: Cyberpower PC Brand Ram: Ballistix Cruicial non rgb Cpu Cooler: Not sure My review: This is my first gaming pc ever and was very cautious and detailed when it came to buying one, especially during these trying times. Everything about the pc was solid, no lemon here, all parts were running great and efficiently. I mostly play cod, lol, and media purposes, it can run all of these perfectly. COD MW: I cap it at 85 fps and 1080p, runs the cpu at about 32-50 Utilization with a temp of 60-75 Celsius for a few hours at a time. The GPU handles it at 45 - 65 utilization and 56 - 64 celsius with the same time. As for lol it could run that at 240 fps & 1080p without breaking a sweat with minimal usage, as I'm too lazy to actually write out the specific specs. CONS: If you plan to run multiple programs at a time like obs, the gpu will definitely get pushed to the limit, I recorded a 10 min gameplay on mw and the video was good at 1080p, 60 fps, but it came out kind of choppy. Another con would be that the motherboard is capped, not much room for upgrading, cpu cooler can get a little too turbo sounding at times, but it's also because the fan needs to work harder to keep the cpu cool. The case is nice overall, but lacking in appeal. Overall a great pc, especially for beginners and new college students, like I was, who need a computer for at home schooling, but also want to be able to enjoy video games like every human boy on the planet, this definitely hits all those points, and I feel I need to say this, but the cpu is definitely great and reliable, and the gpu is solid and then some. If you were just looking for a general review. Also keep in mind the PC comes with a 1 year warranty so might as well.

Overall, if you are a beginning gamer this is a good PC. For example, I ran with a 144hz monitor and vsync off anywhere between 144-1000fps on Minecraft. On CS: GO I get anywhere between 200-400. This is a good PC for the money and the Nvidia GPU offers a lot of cool features such as shadowplay and built-in recording when in a game. Pros: Good FPS on games with high-medium settings such as CS:GO, Valorant, and MC. Customizable RGB lighting on PC Included keyboard and mouse are decent Cons: Fans slightly loud Not perfect for graphics-heavy games The dpi button on my mouse was broken Keyboard lights are not changeable (unless i can't figure out how to) and the mouse does not light up

I love this purchase! Everything was easy to set up and it is amazingly fast! Does not hesitate and works amazing for what I need it for! Would recommend!

Had this for about 2 weeks so far and it's been fantastic. This was my first ever PC so we didn't want to splurge on a custom built so this was ideal. It's a reasonable price for first time buyers. The only problem we encountered was the WIFI connection. We had to buy a separate lan cord and run it through the floor which was a hassle but it runs super quick with no lag. I mostly play more relaxed games like the Sims 4 with a TON of mods and it has never ran so smoothly. It's great for streaming things like YouTube and Netflix as well. Pro's: Quick startup, no lag, runs smooth, sleek appearance, cool lights, comes with a high quality keyboard and mouse Con's: Not silent, big, heavy This thing is MASSIVE. A little less than two feet tall, a little OVER 2 feet long and almost a foot wide. I would say it weighs about 15lbs so make sure you have a sturdy place for it to sit. The noise isn't SUPER loud after start up but it's a consistent soft hum. The antivirus that was included hasn't let me download but it was only a 3 month so not a major thing. Overall I love it so far and think its worth the price if you wanted something cheaper and pre-built. I highly recommend going with a protection plan if you don't already have GeekSquad incase something goes wrong

this pc was excellent. ive had it for a little over a year and a half now and still have had no issues. it runs so good and i get amazing fps in games. take good care of the pc and it will run for a long time with no issues.

Monster of a machine for the money, especially given the price of GPUs at the moment. Additionally, mine came with an RTX 2060 as opposed to the 1660 super it is advertised with. I've swapped out the power supply for a Corsair model, and intend to mount at least 2 Arctic fans (140mm) into the top of the case. The mouse isn't worth using if you have another option, while the keyboard is acceptable. Came 2 days later than intially projected, and as such my shipping fees were waived. I would absolutely buy this again, with my only hesitation being the poor airflow offered by the case. Regardless, the highest temperature I've seen so far has been 69 degrees on CSGO.
