Good computer been using it for work and gaming for the past 3 years and it’s still strong

First ever gaming PC! I spent a lot of time researching what I'd need in a computer as far as specs to meet my needs and balanced that with my budget. This computer seemed to fit the bill! With all the great reviews I read, it wasn't hard to pull the trigger. I'm glad I did. The PC was shipped to my local Best Buy a day earlier than expected, the PC came packaged well with no damage and set up was a breeze. Truly plug and play and that's coming from a first time PC user.

I loved the computer great for streaming and YouTube and you can play any video games totally recommend it but the mouse is pretty cheap and it broke for me in the first week the keyboard is a little better but overall really good pc. So the best thing to do is probably buy a new mouse but totally recommend the pc for anyone looking for a pc because it has a nice graphic and a good amount of tan and looks nice on call of duty and fortnite

I bought this PC to run some 3dModeling Software and to start a business in 3d printing and teaching electronics. The fans are louder than I am used to, but I also understand that it needs those fans to keep the CPU cool. It is actually a nice little background noise that you get used to. The PC was pretty easy to set up and I love the new mouse and keyboard. I am waiting for the downloads of my software and then I should be ready to go.

Fast and reliable. Has very nice and vibrant graphics but the con is that it's too loud.

This is my first-ever gaming PC. Easy to setup, easy to use, looks beautiful and preforms phenomenal for its value. I honestly thought this PC was too good to be true, but now, all I can say is it's good and true. Would highly recommend this buy!

An amazing product for the price. I bought this product as my first pre-built considering I had no knowledge of computers and bought in while the shortage and inflation of parts was at its peak. This is definitely one of the better options on the market right now for the price and specs. If you're interested in this build and know nothing about computers I recommend you read through this and other reviews before jumping the gun. I think this is a great buy, but again educate yourself beforehand. I gave this a few months to really collect my thoughts and give my honest thoughts as I cannot really gage a product like this after just a week or two because it doesn't give you enough time to scope out problems. PROS: This computer has pretty great specs for the price that you're paying. I was even lucky enough to have a 2060 in my build instead of the 1660 Super, at no extra cost. So that could be neat for you, it sure was for me. Everything else will allow you to pull this right out of the box and run games at ease. I tended to run games at medium / high settings, but it can run games at max settings perfectly fine. The computer is ready to go right out of the box. Aside from a few initial setup processes, installing drivers, etc. this computer is perfect for someone with no previous computer knowledge like myself to get right into things. There are quite a handful of USB ports as well as multiple HDMI / display ports. I found it rather nice to have the options. You are limited to USB ports on the top and back of the case, so be aware that it will be more distance if you're plugging something wired in as opposed to a case that NEITHER PROS OR CONS The airflow and organization of the case is decent, but that at best. My temps were pretty streamlined even while doing long gaming sessions (mid 50s to mid 60s). It was rare that it pushed 70+ but I never saw throttling (frame rate dips / drop in gaming performance) during any of that. The case itself is huge. Again, this may be a preference to some, but just make a note that there is a hefty space requirement that comes with this as it's rather tall. The RGB in the case is cool. The customization options seem to be pretty varied, but they're preset colors you can cycle through. It's all mapped to a button on top of the case which is simple to change but still dope. Again, may not be cool to you, but was to me! The keyboard and the mouse are pretty solid for being a stock product essentially. I still am using my keyboard now months later, there's just something about it. It's personal preference, but I think it's rather nice for a stock product. My mouse basically broke right out of the box. The button on the top for changing the DPI got stuck inside itself immediately, within 3/4 clicks after being out of the box. This isn't the worst thing in the world as I just got used to the DPI I was at, but truthfully you may want to invest elsewhere in a new mouse. The fans can be slightly noisy, but if that isn't something that bugs you that'll be something you either tune out or can fix rather early down the line. I still have my stock fans as they don't bug me all too much and the case never gets all too hot. CONS: This was really the one issue I had with this product. The power supply is horrible. They lack to provide the exact brand of it simply because I assume they packaged it with the cheapest one they could find. It said 650W would be included, but the one I got was 600W. While that is fine, I experienced random shut offs constantly even after just two weeks. No warning, no nothing, the pc just died. After about 3 months it got to a point where the pc couldn't be on for more than 10 minutes without shutting off, even at the desktop. This problem was fixed immediately when I bought a new PSU and replaced it. After replacing it I looked up the PSU that was in the system I got and saw nothing but horrible reviews with people experiencing similar problems to me. I believe I've seen people receive this product with different PSU's so either way I recommend replacing probably immediately just to prevent any damage to your build. There is no SD card slot. Again, this is something that is specific to me, but there are so many places where it could've existed on the case and it just doesn't. Very minute detail, but again something I wish was there. The cable management while being "managed" is still pretty messy. There are a lot of weird workarounds in the case that made me unhappy. I won't go too much into detail because it could be something that doesn't bug any else, but there was a lot of room for improvement in the organization. When I replaced my PSU I went and cable managed it nicely and fixed it up rather well. I recommend you do the same if this bugs you. This can provide lots of problems down the line if you foresee yourself replacing parts. OVERALL REVIEW Overall I found it rather hard to find things to complain about here. The PSU was the only real gripe I had with this product. The mouse breaking pretty much out of the box was more than expected for a $10 product, but even then the mouse itself aside from that was great. The price for parts is good, the build is pretty and efficient enough, the computer runs games and programs very well, and was a perfect computer to get me initially invested into computers as a whole. I work in Adobe Programs, game quite heavily, and casually use this computer all cohesively without any problems so you should be able to do the same. If this is your first computer and you are looking to get right into gaming / editing then you should have no problem here. I highly recommend this product if the cons I mentioned don't drive you away. While I find this as a positive in the negative, the lack of a good PSU was a great excuse for me to learn how to replace parts and discover how to cable manage a computer in general. Granted, the point of a pre-built computer is to have no problems out of the box, but for this price range you will more than likely experience a problem or too. So to recap, this product was a steal. Great price, runs great, and will definitely make a new or existing gamer happy.

So I just got this pc a couple days and so far I have to say it has been very good so far, I haven't gotten around to playing a lot of games on it but the games I have played so far have been great! I would say the only issue I have with this pc is that the cpu fan is kinda loud but not as loud as when I played on my ps4 so the loud fan is very bearable, but overall a very good pc.

I recommend this computer, it runs the games at more than 200 fps and you can open many pages at the same time or do multiple things at the same time and it works wonderfully. I willd recommend it to a friend

I really like this Pc as a pre built good for a starter Pc obviously you can do some upgrades here and there but over all it’s good

bought this for a friend and they use it everyday! the lights are pretty cool although i dont know much about the capabilities of this computer but id say its perfect!

Awesome Pc this is my first Pc ever and so far its been handling like a top tier Pc.my only complaints would be that the fan runs a bit loud even when not a lot of thing are running buts that's any easy fix! overall amazing pc

Love my new PC! Easy to setup, and it's a huge upgrade on performance from console. 10/10 would recommend. Best PC value I've found out there right now.

Product is amazing, so far. I've gained 150 FPS on grand theft auto (default graphics) I'm looking forward to upgrading it to 32gb of ram, when i do that i will update the review.

This purchase was a gift for my partner, and they’ve certainly found the joy I hoped for them to experience from it. It’s been nearly two years since we received it and it’s had no functionality issues whatsoever. I would definitely go to Best Buy for my technology needs again!
