I've tested it out with a few games, and I think the only thing I'd upgrade first is the fans. The PC hasn't gotten hot yet, but the fans are slightly loud. It's a nice and fast PC and plays games smoothly at 1080p. I love the design of the case and how you can change the colors of the lights. I would however recommend changing out the PSU, since my PC started to randomly shut down on me about a week after I bought it and the problem went away right after I changed out the PSU for a better one. Other than that, I love the PC and think it's a good value.

Purchased This pc as my very first pc, was recommended by a friend. Runs very smooth and fast, no issues at all. Keyboard and mouse are just fine and seeing as i am also in college i can just about do everything on here like school work, game , and watch movies and all that stuff. very good.

I love my CyberPowerPC. It came in exactly when it said it would. The included mouse and keyboard are very helpful for those who are switching from laptop to desktop like I did. It has great specs for the price! It is also pretty quiet, which I know can be a deterrent from some other PCs. I can have multiple applications open. and the computer will still run seamlessly. This is a great PC for new gamers.

So far so good. My laptop was dying and I decided to go back to a desktop machine and maybe start some more gaming along with my work. I spent about a month comparing prices and performance and this was the best semi-budget system I could find. I had read a few reviews stating some items were unplugged when the system arrived but mine has been perfect so far! I would definitely recommend to the casual gamer and home worker both.

This was my first gaming PC, and I got some insight from a friend of mine who knows about what parts and pieces are the best to have in a computer around this price range, and for someone who is not very confident in building one themselves. I am especially pleased with the AMD processor in this computer, it handles everything I want to do on my new computer like a dream. The graphics card I have heard is a little outdated, but given the current climate of finding graphics cards, scalpers, and crypto miners, I still think it's great. Replacing graphics cards is a lot easier to do than replacing motherboards and the like, so to have solid components like this to begin with is a real blessing for me. While I seldom play games on it, I have known that buying gear specifically made for gamers is a great idea even if you have no desire for gaming on the machine. They are built to last and are generally designed to hold up under abuse, so using the machine carefully can really assure me that it will last me a great length of time. Being a PC that can be easily opened as well, I can always buy separate parts and update it over the years to get as much life expectancy out of this machine as possible. It's a fantastic computer for a good price, and while the stock mouse that comes with it is a heavy, bulky pain, finding a lighter one is not a hard thing to do and won't cost much extra. Everything can be upgraded individually, but even as-is this computer will get you by!

Ordered thru Best Buy and the representative at Best buy was great and very knowledgeable. The recommendation was this PC for my biggest bang for the buck. Delivered as stated and was left at my front door inside of my Gate. Easy to set up, Son loves the game play and PC-VR. Runs quite yet handles graphic heavy games easily. Only issue was with the computer going into sleep mode and I was unable to get it out without turning it off. Called Tech support and waited for over 30 minutes but once I did get a hold of someone they were great! would only recommend higher if customer service was better.

Going into PC gaming for the first time I wasn't sure where to start. Did a lot of research and saw that this would probably be closest to my liking so I decided to take a chance and I don't regret my decision at all. I've had zero problems other than user errors but once I figured those out it was smooth sailing. Definitely would recommend to those who want to get into pc gaming if they want a prebuilt.

The PC is great for gaming. It was easy to put together and to use it.

So far the computer is awesome, the only downfall was power wire got disconnected from the right side circuit board running the frame fans and LED’s and I couldn’t figure it out. Called Best Buy geek squad for some help and I’m on a list? Been 3 days now and no one has called me back or left a voicemail. So that was the worst part. LUCKILY I have a friend that came over and looked it over for me and fixed it. So hopefully geek squad does better next time or maybe it was t worth paying $200+ for geek squad protection

If there was any prebuilt system I'd recommend as a first time user, it would be from CyberpowerPC! I purchased mine on Jan 6, 2022 and am not disappointed! The ease of setting the system up was also a huge plus. The thought of also having all of the important components already decided for you makes the choices that much easier to say yes to
