My only complaint is that we can't seem to get the lights to work on the light up keyboard. Our son got CyberPower gamer PC a couple years ago and his keyboard that came with it lights up and there is a specific light up button, but this newer one is not as simple as a specific key for the back lights.

DO NOT BUY
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just got this thing and it is a nightmare! the drivers come on a cd and there no cd rom and the wifi DOES NOT WORK!!! all networks have zero bars and there is no internet! doesnt show 5g networks! I enter the correct password and it cant connect! this is a horrible computer

Great price, better quality

It has great visual appeal, a see through side and the ability to change colors. The bundle aspect makes this a perfect option for someone just starting out. Its a great price compared to other towers of this quality. Would recommend!

Good PC for Covid

I know a bit about computers, and it upset me when I saw the RAM was installed in the wrong slot, easy fix but still. Also cable management is pretty good for what meets the eye.

They’re not the best. My mouse’s buttons completely caved in on the initial use and i still haven’t been able to take those buttons out. Overall as long as you don’t ask a lot of a PC Prebuilt, it’ll get the job done.

2nd times a charm?

Return process was easy except they didn't have a replacement in stock, nor did they have an equivalent at a similar price point. Reordered online and so far so good after 3 weeks. Hoping the PSU will hold up this time. Keyboard is better than expected so that's a bonus.

We have an issue ordering it because there wasn't in stock so we have to wait until new years to give it to him. Other than that, he was happy with it and he says its great for his games. So far its been working fine and we are very satisfied with it. Definitely a good pc.

He was informative and knowledgeable. I wish I remembered his name, I even went back and got a second monitor and he helped me again and remembered me and was helpful again...
