So far so good. It turned on. Wasnt to bad to setup.

Came with a defective graphics card; got a free replacement graphics card that was also defective (just not as bad). I ended up having to buy a Nvidia graphics card that was the closest comparable. Other than that, very reliable computer.

I had to return the first one as it would not display on my monitor. I checked to make sure everything was plugged in correctly and checked to make sure the graphics card was seated along with the memory.Got my replacement and it has worked great since. I did add more memory. Exchanging was a breeze also.

Everyone will have a different experience. My experience was excellent It was delivered a day early nothing was damaged the computer booted up just fine have no problems out of it at all.If you know what you were doing it is easily upgradable to beat out Next GEN consoles

Christmas gift for my son, he's been very happy with it for his first gaming-capable PC. It runs whisper quiet and hasn't given us any trouble running anything we throw at it. No slot in the case for an internal dvd/blu-ray drive if that's something you need.

I recently bought this pc as my first pc because of the GPU shortage and it has not disappointed me yet. The system came in with no disconnected cables and an easy start up guide. (I have had no network issues that other reviews are talking about.)

My son's computer died, so I started researching options to repair his computer and came across the CyberPowerPC GMA5000BST at Best Buy. Built for gaming, the computer has been great so far!

I was able to find exactly what I wanted at the price I expected to pay. It works great for streaming and gaming at the same time. The guy in the store was very informative about what I wanted to purchase after I told him I was knew to gaming pc's.

This pc is very good, it came in very well packaged and it works great! The lighting features are also very nice, I even got a keyboard and mouse with it which are pretty nice quality. I would define Recommend this for a starter pc for gaming!

For someone like me who is just getting into PC gaming, this was the perfect pre-built for not that bad of a price. It was straight forward to set up and the colors offered on the led lights, while not something I was particularly concerned about, were a surprisingly pleasant addition. The only thing so far that hasn’t been great are the additional mouse and keyboard that it comes with. The led buttons on the mouse broke within a day and the keyboard is just ok, but mouse and keyboard are relatively easy replacements so I personally don’t care that much. Overall definitely worth it and would recommend for folks who are looking for an affordable gaming pc with all the basics.

My daughter loves this gaming pc. The quality is great. The colors are beautiful. She just can’t stay away from it. Luckily I bought it at the end of the school year so she can spend the summer vacation enjoying it.

im a first time pc owner and im overwhelmingly happy with this product. after realizing how expensive it would be to buy the parts seperately i finally swallowed pride and bought this prebuild and couldnt be happier!

I've had this for about a year now and have no complaints. I like the additional SSD storage that this came with. Now I have some place to store video's and pictures.

Got this PC for my son for playing his favorite online games like Minecraft roblox etc...runs great with them so far. Set up was fast and easy. Run is fast. Nice especially for the price.

Got a pc tower from them specifically for gaming, and so far it does not disappoint. The internal LEDs really light is and look really cool, especially with the glass viewing panel and the different color options.

My daughter got this for Christmas. It was a deal that was being offered for Black Friday. This device does the trick for the games she plays. I did not want to buy anything too pricey, as my daughter is only 11.

Got it today! Plugged everything in and turned it on and within 10 minutes everything was up and running. Still a little confused about having the same wall paper as my lkast computer......

Came quickly and in great packaging. My only complaint is that it came with a wifi piece but none of the instructions explained where to put it/how to set it up. I figured it out on my own though. Otherwise super quick and easy!

The computer itself is perfect for the games that I play the only issue I had was the mouse had a couple buttons that were mashed in and broke so couple not change the RGB colors. Other than that was definitely worth the money
