Great computer for Christmas gift, although a bit expensive

It lasted two weeks and if it wasn’t because bestbuy has an extended return policy right now because of the holidays, I would be stuck dealing with the manufacturer directly and how long would that take to get it serviced? A two week old computer shouldn’t have any hardware problems and that’s what it popped up when an IT friend ran diagnostics. I didn’t think I would also get the blue screen of death like some reviews have but apparently I did. I just hope the second computer I bought from them does not run into the same issue!!!!

Very cool computer aesthetically. Do you like the colors and the see-through tower. We created a nice gaming area and added LED pads and LED speakers. However randomly out of nowhere the PC stopped submitting a signal to our monitor. We know it’s not the monitor because the monitor works with our other PC. We shouldn’t have this problem with the computer that is only two months old. It wasn’t even opened until 2/12/21 for my son’s birthday. We are waiting to hear back from cyber PC to find out what the fix is. As someone who’s owned a pc’s since the 80’s I’ve never had a PC stop working so soon after opening it. If this situation is fix with a reasonable solution I will definitely make sure to update

This item is TERRIBLE. Literally the worst gaming PC I have ever purchased. I got it as a secondary gaming PC in my house to replace a 12 year old MAC and honestly .... the Mac works better. Everything makes the screen glitch. The home screen glitches every game glitches. Half the time the whole system spontaneously turns off whenever you try to open any game. I have tightened every mechanism inside the system and I have uninstalled the graphics card and reinstalled it and spent hours researching different ways to try to fix the system. I don’t even bother trying to call the company on the weekend because they’re closed. My daughter is so disappointed because she has been waiting months for a new computer and then this one has caused her nothing but sadness. It’s going back. It deserves to be in a dumpster.

I’m disappointed. Everything works fine, but the led light for the bottom fan does not work and sometimes when I turn it on, the screen is black and I have to turn it back off again. It works and everything but I wanted everything to be perfect.

We started Christmas shopping back in August. Well we ordered this item picked it up first week of September. Brought it home did the initial inspection everything looked good. Well I said let me start updating and setting this up since we have 2 Boys to do this for. The system kept crashing. I updated everything. System still crashing. Take it to best buy they want $164 extra dollars to fix a system we never used because its a Christmas Gift. What a Ripoff. This unit should have a year warranty on it.

Had to return. The RGB is great, so is the design. However, two days in I had to truth the open box excellent condition computer. It had the blue screen of death!

Horrible customer service. I submitted reviews on this computer back in December (with pictures) and they conveniently disappeared, along with the gift cards they promised. I had issues the minute I opened the box with the fans and how they were rubbing against poorly ran wires in the computer. I am actually surprised it has lasted for two months now.

Bought this for my son for Christmas. After only two days it wouldn’t turn on for two hours. We had that problem for a week and then we decided to return it. It looks very cool while it’s on, but I don’t recommend this gaming PC, ours was defected.

Don’t buy! i got the pc and it had so many issues with it. i would get the blue screen of death and doesn’t work with just hdmi i had to buy another cord!

This PC is a straight beast. Runs all my games and emulators without a single fps drop. And I can stream without issues either unlike my old PC. Another thing that I loved the most about this PC is the RGB lights! It looks so beautiful in the dark! The mouse has a breathing RGB affect but however the keyboard does not. Which is fine for now. But I'm very happy with this PC I hope it lasts me years. You should be able to upgrade your ram to 16 and your SSD to at least 500 and boom, even better! The OS and everything is on the SSD so that means WAY faster boot and loading times for your games and PC as a whole! The PC literally boots up in like 10 seconds or less, no I'm not joking. I really love! This PC may have a slightly weaker parts than CyberPower's more expensive PCS but this build will get the job done for the price, trust me. This rig is awesome and again I really love the lights in the dark! Will run nearly any game up to date and it arrived in two days as promised! Looks so awesome in the photos with my RGB headset!

Great PC at a great price. I updated it before I ever turned it on with the Corsair vengeance RGB pro (ddr4 2x8 3200mhz) which I got for under $100 at the same store and so far so great. It looks great and runs amazing. So far have done a few matches of Warzone and the gameplay and graphics compared to my PS4 is night and day. Also been running WoW shadowlands prevent and only lag I’ve experienced is coming from the servers lol. The lights look great, especially with the added ram and really couldn’t be happier. Saved well over $300 on a similar 16g system doing the ram myself. I did have to run back and get a dvi-hdmi converter for about $8 bucks to hook it to the tv I wanted to use so save yourself a trip if you don’t have a monitor.

I've been a console gamer my whole life and I've just recently gotten into pc gaming. I started on my laptop but I began to realize that I needed something more powerful to support the games I was playing and I began looking into getting gaming PC. I ran the numbers on building my own, or having one custom built for me but the price was just too high and things were just too complicated since I knew I didn't need all the bells and whistles that a serious or professional gamer would need. I found this and it had all the basic things I needed and then some! You for sure cant beat the price point and it runs so smooth! the setup was super simple and was clearly outlined in the instructions. It has the option to be upgraded in the future if I needed it to be as well. The keyboard and mouse that came with it are great and it saved me a good 75 or so bucks. I really cant see any downsides to this so if you're just getting into gaming and you don't want to break the bank I really recommend!

Great pc! Budget rig that truly gets the job done. I steadily run valorant at 200 fps on high settings! For fortnite I cap it at 144 but in lobby I have hit 500. Can also dominate in games like rocket league and csgo. Only complaint is that it is a little loud. Runs very fast and easy to work with. Once you can I definitely also recommend upgrading to 16 gb of ram. Overall all I give it 5 stars! Would recommend to a friend!

I bought this pc about a month ago and have enjoyed ever minute of it. For the price you can't go wrong. For a starter gaming pc it works well. I had to get more ram for it but that was just my choice. Overall using it is a great way to get into pc gaming and I would recommend it to anyone

I love this pc haven't had any problems currently just wish I could find the ram stick but I can only find it in 2 sticks. The ryzen 3 3100 cpu is a good starting cpu, there's also a lot of room to make upgrades with this pc from all the pc knowledge that I know of. The GPU could have been a bit better but it's good for being an entry-level pc and what I need it for. Other than that, this pc has run everything well with what I have been playing, Apex legends, Fortnite, Minecraft, and Rainbow Six Siege

I'm not very knowledgeable about PCs and what specs are optimal. But so far I've been happy with PC a month in. I've been able to play Fortnite with a consistent 60 FPS at 1080p. Have been playing Fallout New Vegas on optimal settings, granted it is an older game. Have not played newer games to see how far it goes though. Have been able to do usual tasks like internet browsing and online videos very fast with a direct ethernet connection. Using Gimp has been fast with no issues. Struggled with the WiFi since I couldn't get a strong signal. I think the WiFi antenna isn't very good because my other devices get consistent WiFi in the same spot. Same with the Bluetooth, the connection was inconsistent until I moved the Desktop closer to the speaker. I suspect some of the parts are probably on the cheaper side but can't verify. The motherboard seems pretty basic and on the low end. Graphic card is on the older side. Keyboard and mouse have been very responsive so far, and look nice. Overall for someone dipping their toe into PC gaming, it seems like a good choice for casual and not highly demanding games.
