Power Supply died while just composing an email. When I get the machine back from Geek Squad, I'm going to the PC side of Best Buy and getting an upgrade to the power supply, because I will not trust cyberpower again.

Not what I hoped I would be

That’s the only reason I bought it as I didn’t know I needed a gaming of to run it. (I’m not a gamer). Every time we turn it in it fails to register the Vr. I have to switch hdmi and USB ports around and when that doesn’t work I have to restart it until it finally works. I will be calling Best Buy to help remedy or return it.

QUITE WORKING AFTER 2 WEEKS OF USE

When I gave it to him, he was very excited. Took it home and set it up, everything was working fine. About two weeks in it shut off on him and now it will not power back on. We tried a power cycle but that did not work. Since I did not get the protection plan on it I am now waiting to hear back from the manufacturer to see what they will do. While it worked, it worked very well and my son loved it. But when it shut off on him it crushed him. Especially since the day it shut down he just got new speakers and an adapter for his oculus. On top of that he was going to get his curved monitor in just a few days. Big let down for him since it was his one birthday present. How the manufacture will take care of it since it seems to be an on going problem with this machine.

Technical issues

One complaint after setting up there was a no signle to monitor. So had to up find out what wasn't plugged in correctly on the pc. Found couple connectors not plugged in all the way. Have had to to this couple times after pc has been shutdown but when it's running it's great.
