The first system graphics card was bad and I had to return it to Best Buy. For your kids gaming experience and first at that he is enjoying the second one. I say easy to setup but frustrating to have to return it.

Missing Windows activation key, poor phone support

Lo and behold, there is no Windows activation key, despite being advertised as having Windows 10 Home installed. With that said, it 'seems' to be working fine, but yeah, just the little issue of not being able to activate Windows. I have now been on hold for 45 minutes waiting for someone to pick up (after being told the wait time was only 15 minutes). Needless to say, I am quite disappointed with my purchase. Yes, I know it's an inexpensive computer, so I guess you get what you pay for. If this is how their customer support works, I will definitely not be purchasing any more hardware from this manufacturer.
