    I recommend not buying anything from Best Buy in regards to this manufacturer. Have had it a little over a month and it's not working at all. First had issues because there was no product key provided.

    Pc was dead on arrival. Tried contacting customer service but they were unhelpful. Ultimately, the motherboard and videocard were non functional. Buying pre-builts is a gamble in the current market..

    Bad GPU

    The GPU was defective out of the box. Called Cyberpower and sat on hold forever for them to not even resolve my problem, they told me taking it back to bestbuy and exchanging it would be faster than an RMA.

    It’s one start because I couldn’t go lower . This system crashed over 3 times. 2 days in! I returned it and received a full refund. I went with my regular Hp and upgraded the memory.

    If you are looking for a pc this is the one! This pc does everything, and have put it through the test myself. On Fortnite this pc runs 120fps, and 90 on warzone. I have tested countless amount of pre build's from Bestbuy and I can guarantee you for the price you will not find a better one. It came with excellent instructions, came packaged properly, and everything was working very well once I got it. It was a straight plug n play, no need to remove tempered glass and plug something in. I can not say enough of how great this pc is.
