My experience at BestBuy was pleasurable. I was help by the Microsoft representative who suggested the best way to get into the culture of PC was by starting small. I went in knowing little about PC's. I was shown that I would be able to upgrade as I went as long as the parts fit the motherboard. Being in college, it is difficult nailing out exactly what I want in a dorm room. However, this computer does the job. It looks good, easy to set up, and does exactly what it says. Zero issues with performance and like mentioned when I need more power I can upgrade it as necessary.

I purchased this for my son and he loves it. The performance, graphics and speed are all awesome. Would purchase again. I definitely recommend this gaming pc.

Works well for school and light gaming. Good price for an entry-level gaming PC for anyone looking for one. Works out of the box no major setup needed.

Pretty great for a starter PC. I have had it for 4 years and it’s still keeping up with the games I play.

Overall a great computer had it for around a year or two little to no problems overall. Any problems I did have were very easy to fix.

This is a great product IF you are looking for a reasonable gaming system - for yourself or more likely, your kid. My son has had his CyberPower desktop PC for a year (with no problems) and when it was time to replace my old computer I had no reason to spend $1500+ on a computer from the competitors when I could get essentially the same computer as my son but a year newer...and it was just waiting for me at BestBuy. Great value for the $$$$$$.

I am giving 5 stars. It came in excellent condition, no scratches during shipment. The setup was so easy, it came with a set up guide (paper and disc). It is an excellent product to start with for beginners that do not know what to look for. I was more concerned about it taking in and processing heavy. I absolutely recommend it. Just FYI, it does come with the light up mouse and keyboard. I love it.

This PC was only about 680$ and it is definitely worth the price I'm a small streamer and content creator (sunkissedxgamer on twitch) and it came with pretty good specs for being a pre-built PC and what I love about CyberPowerPC is that all their PCs even ones with higher specs are very affordable and always have room for parts if you want to replace something to higher your PC specs.

Great for beginners of gaming had for almost 4 years still works perfectly great Pc

I purchased the Gamer Master Gaming Desktop a month back (from Best Buy). This model has an AMD Ryzen 3 3100, 8GB Memory, an AMD Radeon RX 570, 240GB SSD and a 1TB HDD. Setting it up today, I am satisfied with this computer, so far. Make sure to read the instructions to set it up if you decide to buy such a machine. For example, connect your monitor at port 2B and twist on the antennae so you can wirelessly connect to the internet (Wi-Fi). I did a lot of research into what gaming pc to buy, and whether I should build one, as this is my first investment into a gaming pc. I decided to go pre-built. To put it concisely, I initially bought an HP Pavilion pc. Although it may have slightly better specs - Nvidia graphics card, NVMe ssd (a slightly faster ssd doesn't matter all that much; ssd's are already fast(er than hdd)) - I returned it. It only had 256GB ssd storage. In comparison, this CyberPowerPC gives me 1TB HDD on top of that. This and a cheaper price swayed me to buy this model. I believe $630 on Best Buy was a pretty good deal. I recommend this product. I hope CyberPowerPC will offer me good support for at least five years for this product. The Radeon RX graphics card should be able to handle the games that I want to play and the ones that my friends do - Apex Legends, Overwatch, League of Legends. I have not tested this yet. It was my primary reason for purchasing this product. I look forward to gaming and developing on it!

My boyfriend got this computer as a gift for me. This model has an AMD Ryzen 3 3100, 8GB Memory, an AMD Radeon RX 570, 240GB SSD and a 1TB HDD. I am satisfied with this gaming computer I received two days early from Best Buy, $650 was a pretty good deal for me and It came with the mouse and the keyboard. Its perfect for my job I love it.
