Mouse and keyboard both work great but did not come with user manuals to show how to work the features. Overall a good starter pc gaming setup at an affordable price.

Easy set up

I'm not sure if I missed the product weight on the description, but that would have been nice to know. Overall, set up was quick and easy and am looking forward to using this device.

Video card not mounted on board causing back of computer to be bent. Otherwise ok. Nothing special nothing bad. And why include a CD with drivers and set up on it if there is no drive to use it in?

Great Pre-built round 2

It's just a good as the first one. Plug and play. I look forward to the days that I can build my own again but in the meantime, these scratch the itch and are able to be expanded on.

Defective mouse.

This was on the day we opened it to try it out. Went to the store and was given a 800 number to call with out success. Please help

Was able to safely download everything I needed.. After 1 1/2 weeks ONLY - completely broke. Wouldn’t turn on. Tried different outlets and power plugs, even tried unplugging and replugging the ram. Nothing. Tried plugging into an outlet for a last try and it TRIPPED MY POWER! Took it to get fixed, and they said it couldn’t be.. FOR NO REASON. After doing research, cyber power does this to everyone. Bad PC parts. Don’t believe me? Check out Reddit or google “cyberpower pc broke after 2 weeks.” Shoutout to Best Buy and the geek squad for trying to help and giving me a refund after the 1 month mark!

Didn’t come with instructions
