disappointed/broken PC

We were hoping they were just pieces that were floating around in the box, not necessary to the PC, but when we hooked everything up the LED lights didn't work. We tried to figure it out and see if something was disconnected that could be reconnected but it appeared that it was broken. We really wanted this to work because we bought it for our 18 year old son. We ended up returning it and purchased one somewhere else. They did not have these in stock at Best Buy and we didn't want to wait another 2 weeks. Very disappointed. Not sure if it happened during shipping or if it was shipped this way.

Starter PC

Keep an eye on it

I didn't even use it for gaming, just regular use, and it stopped booting past POST after about 30 days. Be sure to purchase a protection plan, so you don't have to pay out of pocket if yours does the same thing.

It's good for school assignments but if you want to stream. talk on discord and not crash your game. This is not for you. Also doesn't meet Windows 11 requirements. Rethink read specs.

Not a gaming PC

Do not get this pc for anything larger than Pac-Man for games. Just waiting to buy a GPU to see if its better.

DO NOT BUY

Bought mine a bit over a year ago and it’s been nothing but a horrible experience honestly. As a first time PC owner I wanted something easy and something I could build up. This you can’t build up. You need to completely but all new parts for. Something I just found out this past 3 days 4-27-22. So the entire time I’ve been complaining thinking in due time I’ll make minor upgrades and it’ll be okay but no. Do not recommend and I will be doing everything I can to get my money back.
