Still not fully satisfied

Best Buy helped with an exchange but we then had to wait almost 2 weeks for shipping. The second one works but the RGB lighting does not turn on. Attempted to reach out to the manufacturer tech support and have yet to get a reply. It would be great to know how to get that working, nothing in the box that provides that information and no remote included
