Not worth it

After two days of having it, the rgb lights on the keyboard stopped working without warning. Additionally, the audio does not work properly. I updated my computer as much as possible, and downloaded all the necessary drivers. I even went as far as to factory reset my computer, but the audio is glitchy and randomly cuts out. Its not my headset because it works with my laptop and my nintendo switch. The graphics are nice, but other than that its been more trouble than what its worth. Planning on returning it

Don’t do it

Ram needs to be upgraded right off the back. I highly recommend spending a few more hundred dollars and getting something better.very chesp

Works fine but its kind of slow

Keyboard

Glitches on the screen

It’s an ok starter

The cooler is subpar to say the least. I have never seen a CPU cooler that only covers a circle maybe the size of a quarter touching the chip. Every cooler I have ever seen the contract is at least as big as the CPU chip

Not new user friendly

Nice pc, NOT for Gaming

The video card is not up to handling games, even though I was assured by the sales person that it would be great for anything except GTA 5.

Minus hard drive

Call geek squad they were no help so now I have to return for hopefully a new replacement and not get charged a re-stocking fee

I returned it to the store because it wouldn’t even turn on. Second one that I received from the store also wouldn’t turn on and defective GPU. Geek squad told me this computer is trash
