Customers regard the Gamer Master Gaming Desktop favorably for its performance, ease of setup, and good graphics capabilities, frequently praising its value for the price. However, some users experienced issues with the power supply and reported inconsistent fan performance. Positive feedback also centered around the ample storage and smooth gameplay at high frame rates. While some users found the included keyboard satisfactory, others noted the need for a RAM upgrade.

Received the computer and unboxed. My impression so far:
Keyboard is for sure an entry level keyboard but it works ok. Backlit in white.
Mouse is very light. Quality is fair. Has a consistent color change over the logo and at the bottom
Computer comes well packaged. Case is mid-grade with 3 Cyberpower PC brand RGB fans. Two in front for intake and one in rear for exhaust it seems. Max RPM is 2700. Easy to change color setup with a button on top of case. The CPU fan appears to be an AMD Wraith Cooler.
The board is a very good motherboard for the price of this PC. Built in Wifi so no adapter needed. Comes with 8GB of DDR 4 3000mhz, XPG brand.
The combo of the Ryzen 5 3600 and RX 580 8GB GPU seems to be a fair/good gaming combo. Especially at this price point. I've found several in this range running what amount to trash GPUs. We all know the GPU market is nuts and this card is selling used for $375 with $10 shipping on Ebay.
First things first. Obviously get your driver's set. Make sure the Radeon software installer is running well and get your driver's for that updated
Now, two things I HIGHLY recommend. After getting everything setup restart the system and push F2 repeatedly to enter BIOS. Go to the memory tab and the auto function is selected which sets memory voltage at 1.20 and a frequency of 2666 mhz. You have 1.35 volts and 3000 mhz installed so you're not getting the full potential. Click the default button and it goes to profile one and sets the volts to 1.35 and frequency of 3000 mhz. As an option, I set a temperature warning in my fan section to warm of overheating.
So far it's an excellent PC at a great price

Bought a prebuild pc from BestBuy.com for my husband, who is an IT student. It's almost impossible to find any GPUs that aren't overpriced alone. It was fairly priced and came with a GPU my husband liked. He has several PCs for school and crypto-mining but he needed a personal pc upgrade from his 5 year old ASUS gaming laptop. This handled Black Ops no problem and he loved how nicely the cables were done and organized inside. Only downside was that the mouse buttons were broken but all we had to do was go in the store and exchange it. The keyboard is great too. When GPUs become more available, this PC is fairly easy to upgrade. I really think it's a great starter gaming PC.
I had one of their Prebuilds back in the day and they really stepped up over the years. I might have to buy another for my son once his pc gets a little outdated.

Had it for a little bit now, and i gotta say it does its job well. I can game on it for a long time with no drops in frames or overall quality, and considering i do all of my high graphical gaming on my playstation, it runs the games i want like Paladins, Dead By Daylight, and Team Fortress 2 really good, arguably better than my playstation. The fans are extra quiet with the amount of noise they make being changeable in the BIOS settings so that's nice to see. The audio settings are a little wonky, but that might just be me not knowing how to set it up properly so to each their own. There's plenty of space inside the pc for little knickknacks you want to add inside for customization purposes as well as replace any parts you want to upgrade like the RAM(which you should do first and foremost)or add an extra ssd. I was more of a Ryzen person so it coming with a Ryzen 5 3600 is perfect and being paired up with a Radeon RX 580 is great. The motherboard seems to have room for improvement, letting you change any parts you want if you so choose. Overall, considering the price of it all, you get arguably the best all round CPU on the market and a matching GPU that's more powerful than the GTX 1650 but less than the super. With room for improvement as i said, as well as relatively simple setup options, id say if you want a starter gaming PC or PC in general, i would bring you to this one...once its back in stock of course. A shame there's no custom rgb settings besides the preset mix and matches they give you, and bluetooth and internet suck somewhat too, get separate adapters for those. Ez.

This was an awesome purchase! Even with the lack of components buying a pre-built is the best options now a days!
It came with:
B450m
1x 8gb basilisk ram
RX 580 8GBR
Ryzen 3600
600 watt psu
3x RBG fans (others said that they got simple ones)
and the case is unique, cool, and has a decent airflow for a prebuilt.
Overall, I would recommend this computer as a starter. Once you are ready to upgrade I would simply swap out the GPU for something like a GTX 2000s/3000s or the RX6000 series. Adding in another ram and your PC should be good for a few more years. 5/5 would get another one if they weren't sold out all the time.

I wanted a desktop where I could edit some photos and video. This computer can run American Truck Simulator and fortnite at highest settings with ease! I’m trying to play Microsoft flight sim but don’t have a joystick to use yet, the graphics look amazing on that game though! There’s plenty of room to add a little figurine or patches/stickers inside the tower (as you can see in my pics). I’ve also added in a couple rbg Corsair Ram sticks for added lights. I’m in love with this computer! Will be adding in two more sticks of ram and an rbg fan for the CPU. The three circular LED fans come stock incase you were wondering.

I love my CyberPowerPC it's able to run all my games smoothly only thing I had to do was buy more RAM (I bought RGB ram sticks cause they look really nice) but that was an easy fix. The fans aren't too loud and there are for of them (3 RGB 1 that's not) there's also a lot of space inside case so my pc never really runs hot and its great for decorating the inside overall I'm really happy with my purchase!
Also came with a keyboard and a mouse ^.^

Bought this to upgrade my girlfriend's older PC as this was a much cheaper worthwhile option than a 2060 GPU for $800. Hate scalpers. Other than that though this PC runs beautifully for her as she only plays Sims, Wolfquest, Houseflipper, pretty low volume gaming. The lights look fantastic and I'll admit, made me a bit jealous. Everything arrived okay except for one of the cooling fans and the keyboard. Cooling fan kept making a rattling noise and would not stop no matter how much we tighten or changed its location. Once we took it out the rattling went away. As for the keyboard, the ESC button kept getting stuck but I fixed it with a little cleaning and force. The power supply is a nice solid recognizable brand, EVGA 600w Gold+, one 8gb ram stick 2400mhz that I'll be swapping out for 2x8gb 3000mhz, AMD Ryzen 5 3600 CPU which is the same as my PC, and mobo is GIGABYTE B450M DS3H WiFi. Overall great value for my girlfriends level of very casual gaming and Netflix binging.

I couldn't stress this enough to anybody that this is the Best Buy lol when you need a decent gaming computer. The ryzen 5 3600 has no problems multi tasking and running AAA games. The RX580 is a very good GPU and handles everything ive thrown at it so far (Warzone 60Fps Dayz 80FpS Gta V 60fps) all on ultra With max render and reflections. The main thing i like about this build is the Motherboard its a B550 Gigabyte which is easily upgradable for in the future for a RTX or RX gpu when and if they become affordable. Storages are nice too 240gb WD Green and a 2TB seagate Barracuda, only downside to the build is the way the GPU fits with the Motherboard, the GPU blocks the extra SATA port for expandable storage. Also, the RAM that comes with the build is a little unfortunate is usually a random brand with each unit and only 8gb single channel, mine came with Veil Evo Potenza 3000mhz but you do have 4 ram ports to upgrade. Overall great unit would and have recommended it.

Great Starter PC/Base PC To Upgrade

So I was really determined to build my own PC, but as most of you already know it's extremely expensive for GPU's and even other necessary parts. So I decided to give this computer a try after lots of research. I am actually really surprised how it runs. I do recommend getting at least 2x 8gb Ram Sticks and even a NVME SSD. It comes with an SSD, but it's not big enough to migrate Windows 10 OS system to it. Doing so helps speed up the system a ton. This is a great Starter Desktop and perfect for doing upgrades in the future. A piece of advice when buying a prebuilt is to go through and make sure all cords and components are intact and connected before starting up. Lots of reviews with these types of PC's with minor mishaps from the Companies or even just from shipping. They then lead to bigger problems when everyone should give it a final look over to avoid those problems. Overall it's a nice machine for the price!

I purchased this PC on the recommendation of my two sons.
I had been using a laptop for both work and gaming and needed something a little more powerful.
So far this PC has been great for PowerPoints, Excel, video conferencing as well as online gaming. The first thing I did was replace the 8GB of memory with two 16GB sticks from Best Buy that was the only thing that was lacking out of the box.
I didn't use mouse and keyboard that came with it as I already had a Corsair mechanical keyboard and gaming mouse that I also purchased from Best Buy.
If you're thinking of getting this unit, I say go for it. Its a great entry level option.
Oh and CyberPower also sent me a nice mouse pad after I registered with them.

If you're looking for a fantastic starter PC to play Minecraft or Fortnite, a high-quality build, you've found it. Best Buy should be commended for offering these high-quality PCs at these prices. Right out of the box it's clear CyberPower knows what they're doing - no glue, well-packaged, with everything working perfectly.
My box shipping December 2020 came with an ASUS Prime B450M-A motherboard: https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/PRIME-B450M-A/
I immediately swapped in 2 fresh RAM sticks into the gray slots (required a tweak to the BIOS RAM settings to make them work), an M.2 hard drive, and a GeForce RTX 2070 graphics card.
The larger graphics card (it's a beast) overlapped with the wifi card, which is not built-in. The wifi is a separate card that sits very close to the graphics card slot. I ended up having to remove it and add an external USB wifi solution: https://www.tp-link.com/us/home-networking/usb-adapter/archer-t9uh/
...which ended up delivering better throughput than the wifi card anyway, so win-win.
All in all, I've built several PCs in my day, and this rig right out of the box was the perfect foundation to build upon. And, yes, the LED's were a nice touch.

Pretty good PC for the price you pay for. Presentation looks clean and great. A component list of Amd Ryzen 5 3600 (CPU), Gigabyte B450M DS3H WIFI (motherboard), AMD Radeon RX 580 (GPU), one Geil EVO Potenza 8 GB (ram), and a EVGA 600 WATT Gold 80 plus (Power Supply). Overall, a pretty good parts. The only thing you might want to do with this is getting and putting in a 2x8GB ram, to improve your gaming experience. Either then that, it's pretty good.

Best Gaming Desktop for the price! Picked this up on Thanksgiving week for $650! I'm impressed with the performance at this price range. I upgraded from a 14 year old custom built desktop with a Core 2 Quad to this.
My build has the following specs:
Motherboard: ASUS Prime B450M-A
RAM: Crucial Ballistix 8GB (3000Mhz)
SSD: WD-S240T2G0A (~450Mbps)
HDD: 2TB Seagate Barracuda 5400rpm
GPU: XFX RX580 8GB
PSU: EVGA 600W Gold Plus
The packaging was very well done. Fully padded and sorted neatly. They use foam inside the unit to keep everything in place. My wiring was clean, with everything covered up.
The RGB fans are awesome and super quiet for non branded fans! You can conveniently adjust the pattern and color from the switch on the top of the tower. I might upgrade later to Corsair or comparable fans but I think I'm okay for now.
This PC is perfect for a budget build with solid performance, that can be upgraded easily in the future.

This is my very first gaming PC, and for the price what you get is awesome. Destiny 2 was the first game I downloaded and it so smooth that I can't play on my ps4 without seeing the FPS really low. I bought this PC for work and be able to play some games and you can really do both with no issue.. I would definitely buy it again...

This is a solid rig. For what you pay you couldn’t ask for more. Solid CPU, a lot of stash HDD storage, and a very capable GPU. Yet there is plenty of room to upgrade and have fun with it. I had problems with my keyboard but I got in contact with customer service and they are sending me a new one. And considering it’s the holidays, it only took them a few days to get back with me. I’ve been very happy with my purchase and the support that from cyber power. I would 100% recommend this pc.

This is my second buy from CyberPower, we bought my husbands PC two years ago and it still runs like a dream. I bought this PC last week and I couldn't be more happier with the purchase. I love the sleek design and the option to customize your RGB colors with the push of a button. I mostly play WoW, 7 Days, League of Legends, and COD. The graphics are really smooth with no drag or stutters. The processor is really fast and I don't experience any lag. I did buy 32GB of RAM when I bought the PC because I knew 8GB wouldn't suffice for what I needed but the price point of this PC was too hard to pass up. Even with purchasing the RAM and the PC I am just over 1000.00 which is unbelievable when buying a gaming PC. I am super happy with the overall experience of CyberPower products and when the time comes I will buy our 3rd computer from them as well.
