Customers are saying

Customers regard the Gamer Master Gaming Desktop favorably for its performance, ease of setup, and good graphics capabilities, frequently praising its value for the price. However, some users experienced issues with the power supply and reported inconsistent fan performance. Positive feedback also centered around the ample storage and smooth gameplay at high frame rates. While some users found the included keyboard satisfactory, others noted the need for a RAM upgrade.

First gaming PC, not a serious gamer but this is perfect for what I was looking for. Got this for me and my son and he loves the look of this PC. Looks amazing and runs great. Easy set up and haven't had any issues at all.

You would be hard pressed to find the individual components cheaper, and as far as pre-builts, this one is decent. I will say that some of the configurations options, especially around memory are a bit overpriced, and you can probably find additional components cheeper aftermarket. I ended up purchasing a couple of 8GB Crucial sticks at quite a discount compared to the pre-built. When it comes to support, CyberPower really falls short. There was an issue with the power supply/GPU within the first couple of days, and I needed to exchange it for replacement which was relatively easy, and I received a new one in a couple of days from BestBuy. When I had a second issue with power settings, reached out to their support team for assistance. After waiting several days for a response, the first email I get was asking for a review of their service. Eventually, I was contracted by an agent who was initially very engaged in trying to resolve the issue. After about a week of several back-and-forths, they were starting to get argumentative and eventually stopped responding all together. I've decided It's not worth the effort to continue to fight with them and will be really reluctant to contact them again in the future. If I had to do it all over again, I would probably source all of the components separately and built it myself. This way I would have more say in what components were used in the build, and I could select brands that are better known for quality and customer service.

I bought this has a plan C because the other pc's I wanted either were dropping in ratings and or sold out. It was similar enough so I snagged before I'd have to wait another few months to get a pc and honestly it was a good purchase. Now before you continue reading please keep in mind that I immediately upgraded this build from 8GB to 16GB so where I don't have issues you may because the different amounts of RAM. I'm using it for schoolwork, gaming, streaming, and light video and photo editing and it's held up pretty well, it hasn't given me any issues anywhere and I rarely get frame rate drops in games. The only time I do is when I'm streaming, but it's like 1 every other stream so yeah it's good pc. I recommend it if you're just starting out and don't have a clue on how to build a pc yourself.

It's an upgrade from my all in one for sure. I bought this computer to work from home remotely and possibly start gaming. I upgraded the ram to 16GB but the 8GB was sufficient enough and seem to run better. The computer seems to have issues with "new" task such as adding speakers, monitors, or even setting up work remotely. But after a few restarts it eventually adjust. The keyboard that came with the computer intermittently loses function with the 10 keys and various other keys (only had this computer/keyboard for 1 months). Despite it's corks, the processor is great and I don't have any real complaints.

Great Pc for a prebuilt/starter Pc, the Pc has downsides and ups overall but for the Price id suggest getting it, especially for the conditions with parts as of right now. Its slow at times. Its great for playing multiple other games that take high quality Pc standards like you can play COD, Valorant, Etc. And the storage backs up for it. I suggest upgrading the RAM though soon but that's probably the only downside about the parts, overall the Pc is good, Although i don't suggest using the Keyboard and Mouse that comes with it. I suggest getting a different Keyboard and Mouse from a specialized website.

First I'll start with the Good. This PC is beautiful and also quiet. Packaging was excellent as well as setup. The only complaint about the setup was that windows wasn't registered out the box. I call customer service to solve the issue, but found out after 45 min on hold it was best to email them. I got a 2 day turn around (it was Friday when I email them) is not that bad.I have been having trouble with my graphic card. I don't know if its my setting or the game I'm running but it shut down the the computer and restarts. Once I figure that out I think this will be a really good PC.

I had this computer for about 3 months, I got it for my birthday and I am really happy for this purchase, the only reason I had to give it 4 stars, was only because I received the product without windows activated. But a overall great purchase and its a winner in my book

Has worked like a charm! Easy to follow instructions and clean wiring. Had no problems with it after I set it up. Runs most games perfectly and the bigger games just need a bit of optimizing and you're ready to go!

Seems to be running perfect. Lights are beautiful fantastic air flow throughout. I did switch the ram to 32GB just because 8 is pretty small. But it was super easy to put everything together and I’m in love with it.

Really loved this computer , did some casual gaming and ran smooth didn't have any issues until.....the power just cut out completely after only owning it for a few weeks , so had to assume the power supply just went dead because I couldn't find any other issues. It was very upsetting but went to return it got helped by a supervisor and we found a new computer and he got an upsell out of me. Overall though if it didn't die on me i would have been a happy guy.

Great computer for the price, I upgraded the ram to 16gb right after purchasing as warzone took up most of the memory. All the parts can be upgraded so it’s a great deal and I would definitely recommend.

I've owned this computer for about two months now. Bought it at the $750 price point. This rig is a huge deal at $650. It is built with high quality components- Phanteks case, Western Digital HDD and SSD, Gigabyte B450 mother board with dedicated wi-fi, EVGA 600 watt 80 plus gold power supply, Cooler Master CPU cooler, Adata ram, and XFX graphics card, and of course that sweet Ryzen 5 3600. This is a solid gaming rig that will last and can be easily upgraded as time goes on.

I got this computer a couple months ago as a beginner pc and it hasnt let me down! It comes in a cool case with lots of different rgb light configurations. I havent ran into any issues with it not being able to run the games that I want to play. I play ark, gta v, minecraft, and a couple other small games and havent had any issues with frame rate or anything. I think this computer makes for a perfect first time buyer!
