Bought as a christmas gift for my son. Was glitching as soon as we turned it on and it loaded. Was told it was the monitor, replaced that and still had the same issue. Ultimately returned to computer and will purchase a different one. Disappointing to say the least.

I have owned this for about 3 year. Its been an extremely satisfying experience. I've upgraded the RAM and its never had any issues at all! I WILL DEFINETLY buy the brand at BEST BUY if the continue to sell it and when its time. THis PC has been AMAZING!! I used with DELL curved 32 inch Monitor and this set up has played any game on normal settings that I throw at it! For the money, I am happy to leave a 5* all around review this product. My son has a CYBERPOWER also, and he loves his as well.

ALL IMA SAY IS DO NOT GET THIS PC ITS NOT WORTH IT KEEP SAVING YOUR MONEY UP FOR A BETTER ONE I HAD SO MANY PROBLEMS ON THE FIRST DAY OF USING IT SIGNAL INPUT , WOULDNT TURN ON , BLACK AND WHITE FLASHING SCREEN NOT WORTH IT MAN SAVE UP FOR A BETTER ONE, IT SAID IT CAME WITH WINDOWS 10 AND IT WAS TRYING TO MAKE ME PAY FOR IT I DIDNT EVEN GET MY KEY CODE FOR THE WINDOWS 10 EVEN AFTER UPDATED TO DATE NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY

So my big gripe is the wd green ssd hd that was hidden underneath will need to be replaced. The 8gb ram we all know it will need a match can not be found have to buy a set. Keyboard was not the same as the one I used in store, may be a little thing but kinda wanted it. Mouse color changes with sensitivity settings. Good deal changes in to a alright one if that. Runs games good after add 200+ more dallars

Would have been fine if it didn’t come with a broken video/graphics card. It is getting replaced hopefully this one isn’t broken.

PC is extremely quiet Would Recommend getting 16-32gb of ram to upgrade from the 8gb. The pc i got came with Coolermaster CPU Cooler Ryzen 5 3600 6 core 12 thread, B450M Motherboard and RX 580 Gfx card. has some good components for the price. if you can get it open box it will be well worth the money. can play Doom at 1440p at around 80fps in ultra nightmare COD Warzone is about 70 FPS on 1440p Med/High Settings After upgrading to 32gb 3200 mhz ram i notice it was running at 2144 mhz, i had to manually clock it to 3200 mhz in the bios as the XMP profile kept crashing the computer. Also widows isnt activated! i havent had a chance to call Customer Service to get a valid key yet.

Literally broke with in 5 days of having it, i haven’t done anything else but downloaded fortnite and play, haven’t been on any fishy websites or anything at all. Just literally played fortnite

My husband purchased the CyberPower PC C-Series for me for Christmas. We upgraded the RAM and added a SSD for additional storage. I cannot believe how easy installing the add-ons and set up were! It looks beautiful and runs like a champion! This is by far the best computer I've ever owned!

Garbage, DON'T buy. replaced it twice and both times defective !!

Straight up crap. Graphics card was messed up . Returned it. Got another one and same problem . Piece of junk !!

It’s good for the price. I got it about 2 years ago and all I have done is add more ram to it. I play games like Valorant and Overwatch. I can’t stream because it’s not powerful enough. I would definetly recomend as a first PC and if you don’t stream!

Pretty good PC overall and I've been able to run all of my games on it. The lights are also very cool and the overall look of the PC is great! I did have some problems with my graphics card at the start which is why I took off a star but the problem is fixed now and I still continue to use it daily. Little expensive but definitely worth the money!

My experience with this Gaming desktop has been spectacular. Just the rig in general is capable to dish out some solid performances with heavy duty games. The case fans on the Desktop are almost silent but you will still be able to hear them in heavy usage. I highly suggest to put in more ram for 8GB being small, other than that for the price of this gaming desktop you wont be disappointed. Another feature I loved about this product was the case itself. more space is better for upgrades, followed with its built-in lighting. the customizations are limited, but still is eye catching. the ventilation for the case was well thought out and you can add 2 additional fans at the top if you choose. it also comes with a free keyboard and mouse which are both a nice touch to this product. all you need now is a monitor and your set. The mouse has 2 arrow keys below the middle mouse button to customize the lighting not as much as the case but still nice to have. it also has 4 additional buttons on the left side. the keyboard is itself is nice to the touch sounds decent with each click, but doesn't have light customizations. overall this PC is perfect for mid tier budget range, solid performance and not to mention the beautiful wire management when you open the back cover plate.

Very realiable computer and good for gaming. Also led lights inside are cool. Worth the purchase and I'm very happy with it :)

Its a really good base pc it can run alot of games but definitely needs upgrades to run more powerful things like the new ark ascended

This computer has been an extreme upgrade from my previous setup. Its exactly what I needed and wanted. I love the RGB, there is a lot of space, the GPU is great and it's fast and quiet. The only thing I will add to it will be extra RAM. Other than that, it's perfect for me!

So the first product I got was great for the the first couple of hours. It did every it’s supposed to do and as I was downloading some games I noticed it shut off. At first I thought it just went into sleep mode, but that was not the case. I tried hitting the power button, unplugging the system, I checked all the ram and cables, I even reset the cmos battery, and nothing changed. The pc just wouldn’t boot up, and I’m pretty sure it was a faulty power supply. I took it into Best Buy and they exchanged it for a new one with no issues. Now with the new one I have no issues thus far. Been playing on it for a couple weeks now and still running strong. This is the same computer as before but for some reason this one has a different motherboard. I originally was planning on building a pc but with the gpu shortage, this seemed like the best bet. I am happy with this overall purchase, I’ve been able to play Modern Warfare, Warzone, Escape From Tarkov and every other game I have on 1080p high settings with no issues. The only thing I changed in the pc is I replaced the ram with 2 x 8gb 3200mhz sticks instead of the 1 x 8gb 2600mhz stick it came with. If you want a good gaming pc I would recommend this one, I just recommend using it right away to make sure you have no issues before the return policy expires.

Been using this system for about 5 months and it has been holding up really well. I made a few upgrades here and there and I am satisfied. First, the system is really customizable so you can upgrade the hardware later down the line. The cable management was good and there was no damages on arrival. The shipping did take long time but it was worth it. There were no problems and I was getting some good frames with any game. Even some AAA games I could get 60+ FPS on 1080p. Overall, I would recommend to upgrade the ram but other than that this system is really worth it if this is your first system and just getting into the scene.

For a starter gamer PC, this works beautifully. It has plenty of storage, so you don’t have to worry about downloading the big games, and it runs them fairly smoothly - bigger games such as GTAV or Rainbow Six Siege run perfectly fine at 60+ FPS. It isn’t the highest frame rate but it still runs with minimal lag. There’s plenty of room for upgradability, with there being three extra RAM slots beside the 8 GB stick. The graphics card and processor are good for the price you get, but if long loading times on some games is an issue for you, then I recommend going for a higher graphics card or possibly upgrading. Takes about a minute or so to load into a Rainbow Six Siege game - twenty seconds on a good day. Genshin Impact takes about the same time. The only issue I can see could happen in the future is that it only has four fans - two in the front, one internal fan and one on the back - so there’s a possibility you could overclock it after using it for a while on a single use, so I recommend turning it off and letting it cool down every few hours or so.

This gaming pc is powerful. I get 500 + FPS using badlion client on Minecraft Hypixel server (1.16.3). And 300+ FPS using comp settings on Fortnite. This PC is overall really good and handles games excellent. The reason I am not giving 5 starts is because when I set this pc up, windows 10 wasn't activated for some reason. It said I owned Windows 10 Home, but I called their customer support and they said that is was a bug and that they would email me a new Windows 10 Home Product Key. Overall, I highly recommend this pc for it's price. Good work Cyberpower. Note that I am not using a monitor, I believe if I were to use a gaming monitor, it would result in higher FPS and better performance. I am using a small TV 60 hz. Res size is, 1360 x 768.
