Hi! I recently got this PC after having a Power Outage and losing my PC due to a Electric Surge, which wasn't a good experience, but helped me to move myself to buy a new one. I was thinking of getting the parts but shipping can be a hassle and Just wanted to get a Pre-Build since it would be easier. I was going to go with another one, but landed with this one since it wasn't out. I have to say, with the parts it does have, I think it's very nice! The Build is well done and pretty well managed, It looks so nice, and it's pretty fast. I wouldn't say it has the best parts really but for what it's worth today, I say I'm very satisfied with my purchase in the end.

A great Starter PC for anyone looking for one. I’ve had no issues with mine thus far. Runs any games I’ve tried so far, as demanding as Forza Horizon at around 100 FPS.

decent machine -will do what you need out of the box at 1080 and most 1440 - looks good - cpu cooler loud - like obnoxious - caution - i went to add an msi 240 AIO and the pc mobo doesnt come with the am4 brackets to do so due to the large size of the stock cooler - although 7 bucks anywhere online which i ordered - added a gskill trident neo 16g 3200mhz 16 kit cause ryzen is ram dependent and the single stick 8g holds the whole machine back ( or you can simply just buy another matched stick thats in it ) - the 580 i got was the asrock phantom gaming - does the job - solo online its over 500 bucks right now so makes the machine a viable purchace - mobo is meh - pcie 3.0 - can still throw in a 4.0 m.2 1tb but limited to the 3.0 speeds - evga psu is a plus - all in all, not bad - upgradeable and derps right along - happy with it

Just got this gaming PC. Easy set up out of box. Looks great so far though fans are a little loud. A huge step up from Dell Alienware. I did add more memory of course and ordered a couple more fans.... but satisfied so far

This is a really good gaming computer to start with for someone looking to replace their old, scrappy PC. It's CPU is fantastic, and the packaging it came in was great. If you're in the market right now, this one is a good choice to start with.

I bought two of these PCs one for me one for my boyfriend for tax time a few years back now. His computer has no issues, where as ever since I took mine to supprt for a windows reinstall mine keeps blue screening a general watchdog error that I can’t seem to fix on my own- so I’m going to need to take it back to support. I dont want to have to spend more money to fix a PC that should be working like its sibling, it’s extremely frustrating because the error I am receiving can be a huge variety of things. Overall, it makes it really hard to play any games because of the frequency of the error. I dont know what support did, but I feel like this should be on them to fix it.

I built my last gaming PC myself, but this time around I didn't quite have the time or the motivation to go through the whole process again, so I thought I'd go with a prebuilt machine. I've had this one for about a month and a half, and have had zero problems with it so far. It booted up right out of the box, and has handled the games I've thrown at it really well so far (Warzone, Sekiro, Star Wars Squadrons, and Splitgate). No complaints. Also, the pack-in mouse and keyboard are surprisingly pretty nice considering they're 'free'.

Bought this Gaming PC as a birthday gift for my granddaughter. She absolutely loves it. I got on it a few times and I like it as well. I like the ability to see the inside of the tower and change the colors and patterns. The performance is very good for my granddaughter's needs and the visual appearance is very pleasing. The only criticism that I have is the cooling fans can get kind of loud. The keyboard has the large raised keys like the old school keyboards. This wasn't an issue for me, but some people may prefer to switch it out for the more current flat keyboard. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend it.

Bought one of these in store, staff were helpful and polite. The PC itself has great performance for the money and worked right out of the box with no issues. The only problem was the RAM, which was in single channel. So you really want to get a dual channel RAM kit for this PC as it's Ryzen processor is very memory hungry and a single stick of slow 8GB RAM just won't cut it. Overall a solid mid-range gaming PC. Absolutely love this PC. Its great for starting to stream. It isn't over complicated and love how easy it was to set up and just start using! Honestly wasn't a lot of money either! I would Def recommend for someone who is just getting starting in streaming and isn't looking for anything too expensive and overly complicated to use! The guy in best buy was awesome as well explained everything to me in detail and over all very happy with my purchase!
