My 12 year old son who is on the spectrum has been pretty hard on his computers so we’ve had to utilize the Geek Squad often. Liam has always been the BEST at answering all his questions and offering advice, to the point where my son built a friendship with him. On our last Geek Squad appointment, we found out his computer was fried and he was devastated and having a difficult time. I decided to go back on my son’s bday and get him a new computer and Liam was there (thank goodness). He was amazing at helping me figure out what my son needed and would be an upgrade over what he had before. He looked up product information and grabbed a tall ladder to grab it from the top shelf and walked it out to my car. He went above and beyond and I just want him to know how appreciated I am for him and treating my son like a little human instead of how we’ve experienced people in the past. Thank you thank you! Best Buy is lucky to have you!

Awesome computer ive had it for a little over a year now and had zero issues runs all my games great with no stuttering

Gift for my 13 year old 8the grade graduation. No complaints. Easy to set up. Nice look to it. Colorful. Good graphics. No complaint of lag. Main games played are siege 6, fortnight, nba2k.

I loved the versatility! it can run next to anything, even at max graphics settings! Only downside is that it draws a lot of power and has tripped my breaker at times.

I have had this pc for only about a week now as of this review, but so far it runs amazingly. It was shipped well, nothing was broken and arrived quickly. Great starter PC, only thing you may need to add later on is some extra RAM and maybe more storage if you plan on having a lot of games installed.

Was always skeptical of prebuilt pc’s but took the chance with it and owned it for a few months no issues and runs MOST of the games I play at max settings 1080p for an entry level pc. Do not hesitate

After putting in alot of time into researching affordable computers that would fit into my budget this by far had some of the best and affordable specs allowing me to run high maintenance games without even exhausting half of the computers cpu or memory. I highly recommend it.

You will not regret buying this pc! I am so glad I decided to purchase this than build my own pc. It runs my games so smoothly with no lags thus far. I've been able to play Stardew Valley, Dragon Age: Inquisition, and Roblox all so far with no issue. This is a great pc for beginner!

Was great and worked well until my minitors stopped working...Geek Squad opted to repkace the computer instead of fixing it, had to pay more because this one was no longer made and I bought it on sale, but new computer is a small upgrade.

So far so good, just bought this, have not used the mouse or keyboard it came with as I have my own.

Great value and performance I am taking some Android Mobile App Development classes, which is requiring just such a PC like the CyberPowerPC.

Great PC bought it for my girlfriend for the price, this PC will run any game you throw at it above 100 frames , It’s not about the quality of the GPUCPUEC it’s about the quality of the build and this gets A+ cheap reasonable and it runs any title out of over 100 frames and stays cool
