My 12 year old son who is on the spectrum has been pretty hard on his computers so we’ve had to utilize the Geek Squad often. Liam has always been the BEST at answering all his questions and offering advice, to the point where my son built a friendship with him. On our last Geek Squad appointment, we found out his computer was fried and he was devastated and having a difficult time. I decided to go back on my son’s bday and get him a new computer and Liam was there (thank goodness). He was amazing at helping me figure out what my son needed and would be an upgrade over what he had before. He looked up product information and grabbed a tall ladder to grab it from the top shelf and walked it out to my car. He went above and beyond and I just want him to know how appreciated I am for him and treating my son like a little human instead of how we’ve experienced people in the past. Thank you thank you! Best Buy is lucky to have you!

This was my first owned desktop, and I am in love with it. It's not the best but for a beginner or a startup PC it definitely gets the job done!

Loving it so far! Easy to set up! Would highly recommend to someone wanting to get started in gaming PC.

First PC, this is a nice looking pc and has some great features, Wish there was a more detailed manual explaining what the cords inside the PC do though

honestly I'm very impressed with how this pc performs its mt first pc since I was a kid and it has handled everything i have thrown at it. Would recommend for a starter pc.

Gift for my 13 year old 8the grade graduation. No complaints. Easy to set up. Nice look to it. Colorful. Good graphics. No complaint of lag. Main games played are siege 6, fortnight, nba2k.

Was looking for a new PC saw this on sale, works great and looks good too, fantastic price

I have had this pc for only about a week now as of this review, but so far it runs amazingly. It was shipped well, nothing was broken and arrived quickly. Great starter PC, only thing you may need to add later on is some extra RAM and maybe more storage if you plan on having a lot of games installed.

This PC is honestly a really great quality PC. Every game works really well even without ethernet.

Son loves it got it for him at Christmas havent had any issues what so ever
