So far its a great Gaming PC the only Complaint I have is that the Mouse went out after only a month of using it. Currently working with customer care to see what can be done. Othe then that this pc runs great and is a great Gaming PC for beginners.

Super easy set up, looks great on my desk and so far, has been performing excellent. I’m using this to build / design using blender. Superb machine.

So far, the Desktop has performed better than expected. Quick and good prompts to set up the apps and software. Very pleased with the Geek Squad set up and service. Chris arrived at my home and has offered continued support.

Works well. Can run Oblivion on high settings smoothly. What more can I want?

Best Buy has been begging me for a review in my emails.. so I will be giving one. While I have nothing bad to say about the computer itself (it works great and is beautiful), the process of getting this computer took years off of my life and was by far the worst experience I have ever had trying to purchase any item. I was supposed to have this computer delivered to my house. A few days past the “estimated receive” date, I reach out because I haven’t heard anything and have gotten no tracking updates in over a week. I decided to give them a day or 2 in case it was on its way. I try FedEx because it says it was delivered to them… nothing. They tell me to check with Best Buy. I check with Best Buy, they tell me it was lost in transit. Lost in transit for a week and no one decided to let me know. It’s one thing if it’s a $15 sweater, but an $800 something computer??? That’s insane. So I had to say “what do we do now?” My options were either cancel the order, or schedule for pickup at a nearby store. I said nearby store. “Okay great! We’ll have that ready for you in a week”. I thought, perfect! No more getting lost in transit. Another week goes by, my pickup day has gotten here. But alas, they are “out of stock”… at every Best Buy within 5 hours of me…? So I reach out again. For DAYS. I can’t get ahold of anyone, can’t call a number, can’t email. So I finally decide to use the online chat because that’s the only thing that helped me replace the original order in the first place. I ask why they couldn’t just ship an in stock computer to my local store from another store. There are a few locations in my state that have it, I just don’t have the means to drive 5+ hours one way to pick it up. They were vague, but I guess they said no? Anyways, I ask what my options are and they said I could wait another week and if they still don’t have it in stock then they would cancel the order or I have to go to an in stock store and pick it up. Cancel my order?? I bought this computer at this point almost a month ago and now they want to cancel it? I also got it on Black Friday deal and now it’s almost mid December so nothing I buy would be worth the price I got this one for. Finally I just said “do nothing, I’ll wait to see if it’s in stock” because what else am I supposed to do. All is good, I’ll just wait… so I thought. Not even 10 minutes later, I get an email notification that says “status update on your order”, so I think oh wow did they finally get it in stock? It says ready for pickup… at the store that is over FIVE HOURS AWAY. After I said do nothing, now somehow pickup changed? At this point I am frustrated, but my boyfriend lives 2.5 hours from the new location. He offers to go drive one day and just pick it up because we are both so over this order. I thought it was a dumb idea to drive 5 hours total to pick up a computer but thankfully, he’s amazing and I ended up meeting up with him, we made a day trip out of it. Before we left though, I wanted to make 100% sure they had the computer at the store we were going to because I am not wanting to drive all that way for them to say they don’t have it. However, we call the store number, it doesn’t go to the store. We still don’t even know who answered. They can’t tell us it’s there because they aren’t at the store so they can’t physically see it. I tried the Best Buy text now, and they replied back to me… AFTER 3 HOURS. All in all, a horrible experience, but at least I have the computer I paid for I guess. I will never order online from Besy Buy ever again, and honestly, I don’t think I will ever shop here again either.

So glad I picked this up, Great starter pc and easy to get going. A very big upgrade from my last laptop and going for a pc like this is a no brainer.

For a Prebuilt PC setup it works perfectly no issues when streaming and gaming

Wife bought me this pc for Christmas and it came with a port that wasn’t working so we took it back to see if they could fix it and they replaced it. Pc runs great otherwise I’m happy with the purchase.

The computer is silent, the inside is organized and the lights are easy to change, with the controls being on the top of the computer itself. The top also has a filter that you can take off with magnets to clean easily.

Great pc at the price point. Bought this for my wife’s school and work needs along with some light gaming. Runs everything she needs to and more.

Excellent pc that has exceeded what I wanted for games. Flawlessly runs games like Persona 3 Reload and Final Fantasy 7 Remake
