Great starter gifted for my son would buy again.!!

This review is for BESTBUY ... not the product . Before christmas i ordered this and waited for delivery (xmas present for my son) . Waited all day with view of my front door . Message arrived saying "delivered" .... went immediately to the door ... "nothing there" . Called BestBuy and was promised a replacement only for it to be cancelled the day after .... called again and was promised a refund .... cancelled again the next day . This experience has sickened me to the point i haven't purchased from BestBuy since . To add insult to injury i went to my local BestBuy store in Sugarland TX and told a group of employees my concerns and asked to speak to the manager . The Manager happened to be part of that group and never once acknowledged that we was the manager .... zero customer service skills and frankly a coward . My package was either delivered to wrong address or stolen somewhere along the route but was never delivered to my door (Security cameras confirmed no one ever came) . BestBuy let me down and $1000 out of pocket . I ended up buying again from different retailer .................. still slickened by the whole experience

So i ordered this PC online & got the notification and picture that it was delivered but when i returned home the box was empty. I have a camera that sees the front of my home & it didnt show no one coming on my porch so im not sure if it was a inside job or what but i am upset that i payed 700$ and only received a empty box with cardbored dividers and plastic wrap. Im now currently waiting on them to approve my refund request… since Monday..

This is a decent pc for what it is, my biggest complaint is best dropped the price by $400 after I purchased it. Same situation with about 3 other purchases. Gauging is a horrible business practice, I don't know how this company stays in business. No more.

This piece of trash had glitchy issues from day one but worked well enough that they weren’t worth filing any claims over, but then last evening the entire thing went down the tower power up the lights on the fan come on in the fans run, but none of the outputs work The monitor displays no signal the mouse unresponsive, and no lights on it. The keyboard is unresponsive and no lights on it. Tech-support is nonexistent you call a phone number during the state of business hours and get told to call back during business hours. You emailed the tech support with a detailed Explanation going into what you’ve done to try to solve the issues by following their how to repair guide include pictures of your original receipt the model and serial and get an email back telling you to do exactly what their repair guide has already instructed you to do . Avoid buying this item if you want something that lasts longer than 13 months!

mid pc i would recommend this pc for light gaming if u wanna stream/ hard game get a different pc

This PC WAS great. Booted fast, ran well, had tons of memory, I loved it. But a week after my 1 year warranty I got a blue screen of death and my M.2 gave out. So now I have to replace that AND rebuy windows. I'm very unhappy.

Purchased August of 2024 and the computer quit working September of 2025. No help from the manufacturer. Would not recommend this to anyone. Do not waste your money

I have had this pc for just under 1 month and the power supply has failed, I was not home at the time but my son called and said he heard a pop and smelled something burning and I had to buy a new power supply to get the pc working again.

It’s alright can’t really handle the highest end games at high graphics but what did I except.

I bought this computer and was initially happy, but I quickly realized one of the fans was not turning on. After trying to find the problem using instruction on their website I reached out to customer support-that was not helpful. I then took the computer in where they suggested I exchange the product as the fan was defective. I planned to exchange it but when I went to exchange it they no longer carried this item so all they could do was have me return the item.

Power unit broke eight days in. Never buying from here ever again, scam of a pc.

My PCU caught on fire and destroyed my pc, 600 is not enough to run this pc
