Defective Graphics Card

I had to call customer support and it was deemed a bad graphics card. This didn’t bother me as much as that I had to pay $40 for shipping to send the bad graphics to the company so they could send a replacement back. Not only do they not offer pay for shipping, but they didn’t even pay for priority shipping to send the replacement graphics card back. I bought this pc for my kid who opened it on Christmas Day who has yet to use it. I mailed out the graphics card on 12/26/24 and I still haven’t received the replacement card as of 1/14/25. This is terrible customer service.
