the pc in game just is choppy idk if its my wifi but i dont think so if anyone knows how to fix this lmk. i did all the settings n stuff too

Broke 24 hours after using. Brand new out of box. Wouldn’t turn on. Took it back and got another thinking it was just a fluke. Got home, out of box the PC didn’t boot. Didn’t even try to boot to bios. I had a cyber power PC 5 years ago and loved it. Seems like the newer ones are junk.

Middle fan does not work. Going to have to return. No where to plug in 4 fans into motherboard

Absolutely horrendous experience with CyberPower PC. Been having serious issues with simply booting up and you'd think that the internet would be able to cough up some easy advice to beginners... absolutely NOTHING.

Best buy will not give you the sale price after two weeks of purchasing it as a Christmas gift unopened as it quickly becomes unreturnable. So when i do set it up on Christmas i question its reliability.

Didn’t work. Turned on and it wouldn’t not show display on monitor. Called support and they wanted me to send it in for repair.

Total garbage. Had only 5 months before turned into an overpriced brick. Really wish I bought the protection plan.

Wifi is a joke. We've resorted to using a 100ft cord across the house since everything else failed.

It never arrived. Found out it was misdelivered. It took 1 month to get refunded. Very upset with the process.

don’t buy from Best Buy or this company they never gave me my pc and they haven’t refunded me it’s been almost 2 weeks

I can run all my favorite games at the highest settings, and it’s smooth as a soft belly rub. No lag, no crashes, just pure gaming bliss! Whether I’m exploring big worlds or battling in fast-paced games, this PC handles it like a pro.

Excellent quality for the money; depending on your needs you might want to go the i5 route but the Ryzen has given me ZERO hiccups be it with games or Excel. The power supply is plenty to expand/support a GPU upgrade if you need one down the road. Cooling has been great. Full-disclosure, I threw in another 16GB of RAM but that was before I ever booted the machine. It's been fantastic and runs like a beast with my 4K curved Samsung monitor.

it's been a few weeks since my purchase and so far it's holding up great! very nice spaceful storage, runs applications smoothly and is quiet! i highly recommend this PC! so far this is my first pc purchase and everyone i talked to about it says its a great price for what it offers!

This PC is excellent ! Super fast, I can literally play every game within this era I've upgraded my ram to 32gb so its now even more of a beast! If you're looking for something smooth and can play every game with 100+ fps then this is the model to buy

For the price, this is a great pre built pc. Its great for someone like me who's finally getting into gaming, didn't have time to build my own and since I also use it for work, all the USB and HDMI ports were a godsend. The performance is great and honestly, I love the lights, how sleek it looks and since my previous computer was a mini pc, this was one heck of an upgrade.

So, I had made this purchase for my husband. He does a lot of retro gaming and this was recommended to us by Cross at Bastrop TX Best Buy. He was very friendly and a great help to finding a PC that could work with games that are from 1995 and so on. It's so far been the greatest purchase and has fulfilled my husband's needs in regards to gaming. The ONLY thing that is really not been great is how when he installs these older games there are A LOT of "extra" items that need to be installed for us to make the games he wants to play, play appropriately. We still have some trouble where the games will freeze and here I come to save the day. When we were introduced to this PC it was said that we would not run into these kind of issues. Well, unfortunately we are. I'm not gonna down this PC it's beautiful and it's done great for the short amount of time we have had it but for retro games there are still some things about it I can say that I am not happy with. Maybe for a more "present time" gamer it might be better for their gaming. Otherwise it's an awesome PC, works great, everyone in the house is fascinated by the glowing lights and the keyboard.

I got this pc for charismas was not expecting how good it runs good on Fortnite Roblox everything way faster than my last one i love how you can change the rgb of the pc keyboard and mouse witch i love amazing product

This is my first gaming PC. I have been using it for PC gaming and will also be using it for school. I had a budget of a little under 1k, but I wanted it to feel and look fancy, and obviously be upgradeable in the future (32GB RAM sitting in the drawer as I type.) The tower itself is gorgeous, and you can easily change the color scheme with the click of a button located on top of the tower. I already had a fancy mouse and keyboard, but it came with new ones, and I actually PREFER the new ones over my tried and true. Having a great experience with the PC. Very quiet. Never gets hot.

This PC is absolutely wonderful with its speed and functioning stop there is no lag very smooth and very easy to set up. Came in all built and took a no-brainer to set it up. It looks beautiful with the colors.
