Great purchase ! All it needs is a liitle more ram

It is a decent cpu so far been able to play most games on high graphics

It ok I like everything about the pc but it need more speed

Pretty decent. Setting it up was easy, plus I was able to move my SSDs from my laptop to this and I was set. Less than a year later, though... I would crash sometimes while using the PC. At first, it wasn't so bad, but now they're so frequent I can't even boot up my computer without being face to face with a blue screen. I've tried repairing files- nope. I can't even reinstall windows from a USB... I'm going crazy.

Super dope-looking PC, I've been wanting to get my hands on this.

Runs some games well but turns into a jet engine if you run anything to powerful. (Beam NG Drive)

I like to the pc good gaming setup for a great start

So i ordered this PC online & got the notification and picture that it was delivered but when i returned home the box was empty. I have a camera that sees the front of my home & it didnt show no one coming on my porch so im not sure if it was a inside job or what but i am upset that i payed 700$ and only received a empty box with cardbored dividers and plastic wrap. Im now currently waiting on them to approve my refund request… since Monday..

This is a decent pc for what it is, my biggest complaint is best dropped the price by $400 after I purchased it. Same situation with about 3 other purchases. Gauging is a horrible business practice, I don't know how this company stays in business. No more.

This review is for BESTBUY ... not the product . Before christmas i ordered this and waited for delivery (xmas present for my son) . Waited all day with view of my front door . Message arrived saying "delivered" .... went immediately to the door ... "nothing there" . Called BestBuy and was promised a replacement only for it to be cancelled the day after .... called again and was promised a refund .... cancelled again the next day . This experience has sickened me to the point i haven't purchased from BestBuy since . To add insult to injury i went to my local BestBuy store in Sugarland TX and told a group of employees my concerns and asked to speak to the manager . The Manager happened to be part of that group and never once acknowledged that we was the manager .... zero customer service skills and frankly a coward . My package was either delivered to wrong address or stolen somewhere along the route but was never delivered to my door (Security cameras confirmed no one ever came) . BestBuy let me down and $1000 out of pocket . I ended up buying again from different retailer .................. still slickened by the whole experience

Never really used it but the few times I would I wasn’t impressed with what it could do
