Disappointing $900 piece of trash!

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This piece of trash had glitchy issues from day one but worked well enough that they weren’t worth filing any claims over, but then last evening the entire thing went down the tower power up the lights on the fan come on in the fans run, but none of the outputs work The monitor displays no signal the mouse unresponsive, and no lights on it. The keyboard is unresponsive and no lights on it. Tech-support is nonexistent you call a phone number during the state of business hours and get told to call back during business hours. You emailed the tech support with a detailed Explanation going into what you’ve done to try to solve the issues by following their how to repair guide include pictures of your original receipt the model and serial and get an email back telling you to do exactly what their repair guide has already instructed you to do . Avoid buying this item if you want something that lasts longer than 13 months!

M.2 card gave out just after one year

Booted fast, ran well, had tons of memory, I loved it. But a week after my 1 year warranty I got a blue screen of death and my M.2 gave out. So now I have to replace that AND rebuy windows. I'm very unhappy.

Stick with a better brand

PSU Failed

Fan came broken

After trying to find the problem using instruction on their website I reached out to customer support-that was not helpful. I then took the computer in where they suggested I exchange the product as the fan was defective. I planned to exchange it but when I went to exchange it they no longer carried this item so all they could do was have me return the item.

Crap pc

Piece of junk

Took it back and got another thinking it was just a fluke. Got home, out of box the PC didn’t boot. Didn’t even try to boot to bios. I had a cyber power PC 5 years ago and loved it. Seems like the newer ones are junk.
