Never excepted a open box item to be this great, it had no damage whatsoever everything worked once I plugged it in, I’m very happy with the purchase and would definitely by from Best Buy again.

Bought setup for my son as he said it was the best one to get. Works flawlessly and so far has been a amazing unit. Build quality is amazing. Would buy another without hesitation.

My son absolutely loves his PC. He games constantly and does all his schooling on line. Unfortunately the pc won’t power on and it’s only been 22 months. I don’t know what to do. I’m getting mixed answers as far as manufacturers warranty if it’s 1 year or 3 years. He has a broken heart and wants to sell his meta quest just to pay to get it fixed.

I just purchased the CyberPowerPC - Gamer Master Gaming Desktop - AMD Ryzen 5 5500 - 8GB Memory - AMD Radeon RX 6500 XT - 500GB SSD - Black from Best Buy, this was a awesome deal. I plan on upgrading the Pc further, but right out the box I have ZERO complaints.

Great upgrade for me, I once had a window’s 7 and this was a major step up.

Love it. . . . It’s perfect for a first time buyer who’s just got into PC gaming I would recommend it so far it’s been good no problems are anything.

I ordered it online to be picked up, bought it home same day, and booted it up instantly downloading multiple games for steam and vr within an hour. It runs great and the LGB light make it feel nice. Its great for an game and good for college too.

It is so much better then what i had and it does not break the bank. It handles all my gaming and college needs.

Just bought it today, which I know isn't long enough really to tell whether it's good or not. However, it has been splendid for me so far, its real nice to look at it, its pretty darn quiet, and being able to change the lights is nice as well. So far it has had enough power to run everything I've run so far. Only thing I am planning on doing is adding two more fans on top and 3 more sticks of memory.

i had it for a month now and its still working good i suggest you buy this pc if you want something good to start off with!

Can’t believe I got this good good computer just make sure u buy more Ram and at least 1tb and you’ll be fine 1080p gpu

This gaming system has been a good intro for my son who's more than a beginner but not at a level where a higher level system is needed. It was easy to set up, has nice lighting and easy access to the inner workings for upgrades, etc. if needed or wanted.

pretty fast it can play alot of games i would probably upgrade the ram but thats about it
