I did a lot of research prior to purchasing, and this seemed really solid. Being able to purchase in person also helped my decision..support your brick and mortar stores :) also, if anything is wrong, it's nice knowing you can return it in person instead of going through some sort of shipping process..
Reasons to buy:
-Both the cpu, and gpu run cool, so no futher cooling upgrades are needed. Case has good ventilation as well
-Parts are name brand, even the cpu cooler is a cooler master cpu fan/heatsink.
-Upgradeable. mine came with an asus b550-plus motherboard. supports ryzen 5 cpu's not even out yet, and has pcie 4.0 for future video card support
-gpu is a rx 6600xt, considered one of the best 1080p video cards currently out. better than the rtx 3060
-no bloat ware
-reputable brand
-both the cpu and gpu mesh well together. can use "smart access memory" where the cpu and gpu work better together for some games
-can be purchased in person
other notes:
-It does include 1 stick of t-force vulcan z 8gb 3200 ram. Which is good ram, you'll need to upgrade to 16gb (2x8gb) 3200 ram to get proper performance, which is about $50-70, but is an easy upgrade. You can resell the 1 stick of 8gb ram for about $20-30 so it helps off set the cost. This brings the actual cost of the computer to around $1250 or so..which is still pretty solid
-I like gaming on a 24 inch 144hz monitor, so a computer that could game perfectly at 1080p was what i was looking for. I can play Red Dead Redemption 2 at 1080p on ultra settings with silky frames, mission accomplished.

First gaming pc I have bought in many years. The new tech is great this pc looks and performs awesome. Got it for Battlefield 2042 it handles that well but have been enjoying modern warfare a lot. Big improvement over the xbox. I upgraded the Ram to 16 out of the gate so not sure how much of a difference that would have made. Storage is ok but could be better able to have the few games I play and room for a few more if needed or wanted. Looks great the aftermarket light up Ram helped a lot with that. Most important part of review is that the front panel had a small dent in it from build to my front porch and the company got back to me in about 24 hours and in another 12 I had sent them the photo's needed and they shipped me a new front panel. Product is great but having a company take care of their product and not beat around the bush is better.

As of April 2022 this is a solid gaming PC. I'm able to run my Destiny game on max graphics with no lag. I did buy an additional stick of Ram for the PC since I run 2 monitors, games at max graphics and also Discord. I bought a warranty just in case, but I have had no issues and it runs perfect. This PC is perfect for games currently out in 2022. I have bought tons of games on Steam and everything runs perfect.

just dont forget to upgrade your ram to 16gb+ and you're good to go! kinda sucks i got mine with a gigabyte b550 oem motherboard which is kinda hard to find the drivers online. im using a 1440p 144hz monitor and its easy to run titles like overwatch, fortnite, warzone, genshin impact etc without framedrops. overall im satisfied!

It is quite good honestly. So, absolutely get more RAM for dual channel and all of that of course but for what you get....its a fair deal in my opinion. I got the Asus Prime B-550 board in it and its pretty great. Word of advice however....Don't get 12V 4 pin LED strips for it as the board only supports the 3 pin. Also, the fans included are three pin when the board supports 4 pin. I have upgraded the fans and put 5 Noctua fans inside, upgraded the RAM with 32G and put in a WD Black 1TB drive in it as extra. It supports three HDDs if you wanna throw those in there as well and even includes two driver bays. I am quite happy with the purchase overall.

PROS:
+ Build quality (nice solid case and glass side panel)
+ Understated case design
+ Customizable RGB lighting with dedicated buttons
+ Cable management - very clean inside
++ Excellent space for future expansion and AIO cooling
++ Great GPU (ideal for maxed-out 1080p gaming)
+ Good APU (CPU+Integrated graphics)
++ Quiet operation, even under load the noise is inoffensive
+ Great motherboard, tons of I/O
+++ Very fast storage (nvme)
+ Included backlit keyboard
+ Included RGB wired optical mouse with small weights and multiple DPI settings
+++Great starter platform for future upgrades, already quite fast as it is
CONS:
- Included mouse and keyboard are a little on the...cheap side
- Included system RAM is only 8GB - do yourself a favor and just buy a 16GB (2 x 8GB) corsair RAM kit and either toss or sell the included single 8GB stick - no serious gamer should game with less than 16GB RAM. Don't do it!
- Included NVME drive is very fast...but it's less than 500GB available after you factor in the operating system. With the huge amount of space taken up by textures in games nowadays, you could download GTA V, Read Dead Redemption 2, and Modern Warfare, and you will only have maybe 100GB left. My recommendation is get another 500GB NVME drive and use up the second NVME slot. Well worth it, especially with storage prices continuing to fall over time
TL;DR
Probably one of the best value gaming rigs out there right now. Replace the 8GB of ram with 16 (2x8). Great for 1080p maxed out gaming. Nice design, quiet, great platform for future upgrades despite already being a very competent machine.
NOTE: Images include my 16GB Corsair Vengeance RGB upgrade which cost me about 75 bucks

Amazing PC. Been running Forza 5 and Warzone and no issues, I've upgraded the memory and got the Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 16GB, HIGHLY recommend doing it. The games hold better with it, 8GB is not enough and games will lag. Other than that is definitely a good build.

This computer runs the games I like to play a lot faster and the graphics look a lot better. This computer was a big upgrade compared to my old one. I added the CORSAIR - Vengeance RGB PRO 16GB because it was recommended. Other than that it was super easy to set up and ready to use. Good Purchase.

Before you think this pc will get crap fps, just remember it only has 8gb of ram. For escape from Tarkov, you need 32gb(for example)
If you buy more ram, and another ssd for more space, you’ll love this pc.
I got 32gb in it; and have over 90+fps on every game I play.

Great PC! Although, it has some minor problems. I haven't dissembled the PC in order to look at the whole system to find issues.
MOBO: ASUS PRIME B550-PLUS AC-HES ATX RGB W/802.11
GPU: ASRock
PSU: APEVIA 600W GOLD 80 PLUS (Thank Goodness for the 80 plus.)
RAM( 1 stick of ram): T-Force Vulcan Z 8GB DDR4 3200MHz (Nowadays, systems run better with dual channels; however, this is okay.)
Out of the box, there are instructions that are extremely simple.
Just make sure to remove the plastic that is on the inside of the glass.
After 7 days of usage, I have encountered a couple issues but I solved them.
ISSUES:
The mesh that goes on top of my pc has a hole in it.
One of the issues is that there is some sort of substance on my io shield that is sticky.
Another issue that I found was that one of metal tabs on my IO shield was not properly inside of one of my USB ports.
Since I didn't want to disassemble the pc, I decided to pry the metal tab out so I can actually insert into it. Scuffed, but hey it works.
I also got an issue with the Radeon software, but a quick reinstall solved the issue!
Overall, it is great system to game with! It is great value in 2022 where the GPU can cost a arm or a leg.
I upgraded my ram to corsair ones.

Got this PC for my son for Christmas and he enjoys it. Easy quick and fast to set up and a great price for the performance you're getting from this PC. A huge upgrade from that old Lenovo laptop that has been giving issues for two years and finally something that works!

I can run most triple A games at around 200 to 300 fps tarkov, valorant,Csgo, league of legends etc. I did buy two extra sticks of ram to put into it but the only down fall is one of the fans cover one of the slots for your ram and you would have to replace it I’ve had mine for around 6 months now and have not been disappointed or let down yet. I’ve been playing console my whole life and finally made the switch to pc and I’m so glad I did. If your looking to buy a tower for hardcore gaming look no further this is the machine that is well worth its money.

I've been needing a desktop for a while now, but with so many options out there its hard to find one that suits my needs. The Best Buy employees went above and beyond with guiding and directing me to get something that makes sense for my needs. The CyberPower desktop that I bought has plenty of power to play the latest games and run CAD programs for my college projects. Overall the buying experience was amazing.

My pc runs very quietly and starts up fast. I will test it out shortly on games such as Lost Ark and Humankind to see if it will run smoothly and beautifully as advertised. For the amount of money I spent on this pc, I do believe it was a steal. I highly recommend people buy this pc for their kids as a starter gaming pc.

Great Gaming PC for the price, 8GB of ram isn't enough but even with adding 16GB still better for the price then a lot of peer level PC's. Uses both AMD CPU and GPU which is plus as they work better together then when mixed with peer level intel or Nvidia products. Comes with good keyboard and mouse.
