I purchased this product 3 weeks ago and bought extra components to add. It worked for the entire time until 3 days ago, I noticed the GPU going out while we left it on to download games. Both the monitors were off and the GPU fans stopped spinning.
Specs for initial PC:
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600G
GPU: ASRock Radeon RX 6600XT
RAM: 8GB DDR4-3200MHz Ballistix
Motherboard: Gigabyte B550 UC AC (which if people got this one, good luck finding a manual for it because it doesn’t exist online.)
Power Supply: Non-Modular Cased 600W Gold Rating Generic PS
After painful troubleshooting, I couldn’t figure it out and took it to GeekSquad and they told me to just return it.
After picking up the new PC (same listing), I went home and made sure to check it out and hope that everything goes well.
Specs:
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600G
GPU: XFX Radeon 6600XT
RAM: 8GB DDR4-3000MHz Ballistix
Motherboard: Aorus B550M-C
Power Supply: Non-Modular Uncased 600W Gold Rating Generic PS
I turned it on and it worked fine for a few hours, and then after updating drivers and software, the PC dies and doesn’t want to come back on AT ALL.
After more painful troubleshooting, it seems to be a Motherboard/Power Supply issue. And I literally have had it for less than 12 hours.
Final Review:
Parts: 3/5 (You could get name branded items, or you could get items that have no trace of existing at all)
Price: 4/5 (Decent Price if you actually got good working parts)
Experience: 1/5 (Any of CP’s prebuilts should definitely not have two bad seeds in a row)
Final Score: 2/5 (Good as a starter PC. Any parts you want to add, try to keep it simple.)

This machine is very poorly built, the keyboard and mouse went straight in the trash as the keyboards didn't even work. The power cables for the video card were so tight that it was pulling the video card down at an extreme angle. The computer had a chronic issue with randomly not starting properly, replacing the ram fixed that. The internet would just randomly every 10-30 minutes stop working requiring a reboot. Reloading Windows didn't resolve the internet dropping out. And the coup de gras... After a year and a half of constant headaches, the video card died and smoked my 32-inch Samsung Odyssey. This was the first prebuild I ever purchased and will be my last. Thanks, Cyberwear for reinforcing my belief that Prebuilt gaming rigs are junk.

Very good beginner pc. Fast, colorful and works amazingly. Only down fall is it’s got 500gb so I had to get an external after downloading a few games.
But other than that, it’s a great pc.

I purchased this product from the Best Buy in Fairview Heights, IL on November 15, 2021 and so far I can say that overall I am unimpressed with the quality of this machine. It runs absolutely beautifully.... WHEN IT RUNS!!!
First and foremost the model I am using has the Gigabyte B550 UD AC motherboard. There is absolutely no support on Gigbyte's website for this model motherboard. Contacting Gigabyte support yielded a response of this is an OEM motherboard, therefore you need to contact cyberpower pc, I've sent two support cases into Cyberpower through through website about this issue and how to find BIOS files for this model and have not received a response. I called their tech support line and was told oh this is a gigabyte motherboard, you need to contact them...
That alone to get the runaround from both companies is extremely frustrating. All I wanted and needed to know is where to go to in order to find manuals and BIOS files.
Now in regards to it running...
When I got it home The first things I did to it was bump it up from 8 GB RAM to 64 GB Ram. I also added a second m.2 NVME hard drive to use as my boot drive. I also added 2, 2TB SSD hard drives to install and use for my games and a 10TB mechanical drive to use for my onedrive and Itunes library. While I am on the PC and it's under a load everything worksd beautifully with this configuration. No slowness. No glitches. No crashes. No reboots... I played cyberpunk 2077 for 4 hours one night, which is GPU and CPU intensive, and never had an issue.
HOWEVER... With this configuration when the computer idles down and I let it sit under absolutely no usage and no load other than what's running on the computer, it will randomly reboot on it's own. No warning. There are no memory dumps on this system after the crash to read through and try and decifer. Windows event viewer will show that windows crashed, shutdown, and rebooted due to power loss. Even in Event viewer there are no stop codes to lead me towards a motherboard issue or a power supply issue. I have run memory tests both within windows and the windows memory test during boot up and neither of these failed or gave errors. I've run CPU and GPU load testing and again neither is giving errors.
My first two thoughts when seeing the event viewer details was that I either bumped a cable as I was installing the extra hard drives or my power supply is under rated to handle the extra RAM and extra hard drives. But I can honestly say that I am a bit confused on this one if that is the case because previous experience with past power supplies being under rated for the load is that the system has issues WHEN you put a load on it. NOT when you stop using it and let it idle down to normal just sitting there looking pretty usage.

Love this computer! The computer that I built turned 7 years old and I didn't realize how bad it was until I brought this baby home. The only thing you have to do is add some memory. 8gb memory just isn't enough. I added two 8gb sticks for a total of 24gb. Other than that you just need a monitor and you're ready to go. I did shove my old 2nd drive into it for more storage, but it's not 100% necessary.
The machine is fast and Windows 11 wasn't hard to get used to. I plugged it in, did a quick Windows Update, and I was up and running. It runs games, plays movies, and does everything that I need it to do. You won't go wrong with this computer.

I've been buying from CyberpowerPC for several years now. Between desktops and laptops, they always make quality products. Only my last 2 laptops have not been from them just due to how long shipping takes. I'm glad to see Cyberpower now sells directly to Best Buy it just makes things a whole lot simpler. This desktop so far has been amazing. Like a majority of the other reviews here I too bought more RAM, and I would recommend anyone else eyeballing this PC to do the same. If CyberpowerPC would just build this PC prefab with 16GB of RAM this machine would be perfect.

Great value and delivery experience. The box did come with damage but the PC was packed so well that it was fine. Very happy with the purchase. I bought from Best Buy because I wanted to have the peace of mind to know I could bring it back in-store if there were any problems. Plus I have the 2 years total tech protection, which for me was VERY much worth it (It covered the cost of a couple of car stereo and speaker installs when I got it).
I do recommend adding ram eventually if you're playing anything demanding.

I purchased this CyberPower computer on a whim using my BestBuy credit card. I have purchased a CyberPower PC from Best Buy in the past, and was happy with the performance, so I wanted to buy another one given how expensive it is at the moment to build my old one. The staff was extremely helpful and compared products for me, and I finally settled on this computer. I'm glad I did. It looks good and runs good and is capable of doing everything that I need. 10/10 would recommend.

Just purchased this today and ill say this is a great value and a great machine. The graphics card on this machine is definitely the best part about it, having the 6600xt over the the the 2060 the other computer i was looking at buying instead made this computer stand out. I was rocking a rx570 i had before this one. I will say that i am gonna have to add another 8gbs of ram to this, so that is a draw back but one im happy to deal with for now. ill update later as i use the machine more.
