I like how simple it was to set up and one thing dont like is how loud the fans can get, its not stupidly loud but louder then expected

The computers seem to work great. We bought 2. One keyboard has buttons that don’t work. We tried calling manufacturer and they don’t answer the phone so we took the keyboard to Best Buy as directed by Best Buy customer service on the phone. We get to Best Buy and are informed that we have to bring the entire unit in in order to get the keyboard replaced. They offered to sell us a new keyboard at a discount. They couldn’t tell us how long we would be without a computer. It was unclear if we would have to reload all of our games and software. After spending thousands on conputers, headsets, I phones, car radio, tablets at Best Buy to be given this kind of run around was disappointing. It is about 45 minutes for us to drive to a Best Buy and they have no consideration for that. We also are members of Best Buy total care protection or whatever the added protection is. We will buy a new keyboard off of Amazon. I don’t know if we will continue to purchase items from Best Buy after today’s exchange. I think they could find a way to work with manufacturers to make item returns within bundles more manageable. At this point my recommendation is buy this from someone else, or direct from manufacturer.

pretty good price for what you get. love the pc and super easy to upgrade.

Easy to use and great for the games I'm currently playing

This PC is great, there are very few games if any on Game Pass that it will not play. I have been really pleased with it.

BEST PC IVE EVER HAD It has great specs for its price And it has 2 terabytes of storage which is just What I needed!

it performs well. i kept getting a driver power state failure. geek squad was unable to resolve this after two tries. i was very unhappy with my beat buy subscription. i fixed the problem myself. i like the pc. nothing special about it. i would rate it as average. it stillsometimes crashes when i let it sleep for a while

As of today, it's still working and functioning better than ever; I hope it continues to do so.

Bought this Cyberpower pc on Cyber Monday. Excellent price and quality for a mid-tier gaming computer. Well packaged and simple startup make this excellent for all users. Quality hardware with the ability to upgrade down the road. I would highly recommend this computer for anyone wanting a computer to play most games with high settings.

Works well qnd does the job. The fans are a little louder than anticipated but other than that all good.

Got this pc about a month ago during black friday, its been able to run any game I've put it up against so far, including games that I've added mods to. Cyberpower support was great with helping me when I forgot to put the antenas on the back on and didnt realize it. Pc was ready to go as soon as you pull it out of the box

My boyfriend helped me to install it and it was very easy. Simple process to connect it to the monitor. I bought it because I want to get into gaming and this was a great option with consultation from friends and others. Overall satisfied with my purchased and can't wait to have fun!

Had bought it for school and gaming and it handles both fantastically. Only complaint I have is that the mouse broke after a year. It runs smooth and is a great starter PC.

Great looking and working computer for games and modeling at a great price!

I recently bought this PC for gaming and digital content creation. So far I am extremely pleased with the results. It runs all applications very smooth and very easy to setup. Not only is it stylish, but it also performs excellent. I would recommend this as it offers a lot of bang for your buck!

Great Pc for my first pc, it runs well you can play all games watch videos and streams perfectly fine.

Was on the search for a pre-built Desktop that would meet all my needs (gaming, school work, netflix, etc.) and this budget friendly Desktop did not disappoint at all! It ran every game I threw at it perfectly without any lag. Would definitely recommend!
