It works amazing and the best computer i have had in awhile!! One thing though is if you want to play games you have to manually go into the computer and turn somethings off to play certain games. Besides that its amazing and work wonders!!

its a good starter pc but i personally would of preferred it to be pink

only had for about a week everything is working great except for one of the RGB fan lights isn't working right. it'll just cut on and off randomly. and only complaint is there is only one 16gb stick of ram. it should be 2 8gb sticks or two 16gb. its better to utilize dual channel ram but doesn't actually hurt anything just have some better performance

Beautiful performance, wish the quick-start guide had a little more detail. Took me an embarrassing long time to figure out how to install the wifi antenna. The RGB colors change from a switch on the top of the tower, so you're not able to do custom color mixing, which also took some searching to learn.

Been great so far, no issues really. First pc as well so its been good to me for my first one. Definitely recommend for a starter.

I got this computer here to stream for school and it has been very useful for me because with out this computer here I feel like i wouldn’t be able to do the things i need to do if I just had a laptop

Loving this setup so far. Everything was super easy to setup and was ready to play within the first hour of opening the box. Definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a sleek look without the hastle of building one yourself.

Super easy set up. It definitely helps that I got the Geek Squad protection program to help me! This Pc is worth every penny, though it may be smart to get extra storage in the future with this one. I haven't gotten that far with it yet though.

As of today, it's still working and functioning better than ever; I hope it continues to do so.

I have hid my pc for 2 weeks now. It is amazing and I would definately recommend to others. I contacted Cyberpower PC as I had some questions and they were fantastic in response and quite helpful.

Best 1st pc. It came ready to go. I just had to connect it to the wall and it was ready. It has a very good performance.

Ordered the weekend after Black Friday from Best Buy for a great price. They said they could deliver in four days, and they did it in three. Set up went smoothly and I'm happy. Casing is beautiful and it's running smoothly.

This is my first PC and it has been a very good purchase for both price and quality, the best buy store takes very good care of its product since I bought it to pick it up at the store and it was very well packaged.

I went into BestBuy looking to buy a PC with a NVIDIA 3060 graphics card, and was surprised to find a prebuilt with a 4060, at such a price. And while I had no problems just plugging and playing, there are a couple of things in this PC that could be better (not the fault of BestBuy, of course). Mainly, the PC suffers from poor airflow. I believe that, the way that the fans were installed, that both the back and the front fans are intaking air, and there isn't a good way for the air to come out. Also the stock CPU cooler suffers to keep the temperatures down, easily going up towards the 80 Celsius when performing a couple of tasks at the same time, mainly gaming and using other apps. While I'm mainly doing light gaming for now, I think I will need to invest into a better CPU cooler in the future.
