I bought my CyberPower PC from BestBuy on 11/26/22 and got it on 12/8/2022. Opening it/ setting it up was very easy and they provide instructions as well on where to plug in certain accessories like mouses and screens. Once you set your computer up, turn on the power and its mostly smooth sailing from there. I have had it now for two weeks and it has been going great. I will have to see if CyberPower PC does have a warranty however it has been a pretty good experience for buying my first prebuilt gaming computer.

I got this PC for my son to game it....didn't know what to get until I came across this machine.... overall,30days in and no problems what do ever....highly recommend to anybody tryna to PC game it. Very satisfied.

This pc is awesome, I bought it after a few checks and i do not regret it. I’m running games like warzone and destiny at high settings and getting 200+ fps. This is an awesome first pc and i wouldn’t mind buying from you guys again!

It runs smooth and has some amazing RGB lights in it. It has much room for upgrades and can run multiple games on max settings. Would HIGHLY recommend as well, the price is a good deal. I have had no issuses with it.

I bought this PC back in September of 2022 and wanted to give it a good try before reviewing it. I have been very pleased with the performance this PC has given. I wasn't sure about the brand name, as I never heard of it before, but have been very impressed with this PC and the ease of registering and everything in the like. I haven't had to get support for this PC but if I do, I think it will be easy. The games I play require a high video refresh rate and a high CPU performance both of which are fantastic. If you are looking for a gaming PC that isn't a super expensive name brand, look no further than this.

Haven't had a desktop PC in over 15 years, and I am very glad I chose this one! The unboxing was very easy, and you can save the original box and foam in case you need to move in the future. The mouse that comes with this PC is found inside the tower, make sure to remove it when you inspect the inside and remove the foam on the inside. The physical setup process was quick and this is a fantastic machine for gaming. The power supply is in it's own compartment, reducing the heat exposed to the main motherboard. The fans and their location have obvious air flow that works great for the intake and outtake process. The bottom of the tower even has a metal filter you can remove to clean and slide back in kind of like on a toaster. Something I was concerned with from a modern PC is the heat generation, but I have no concerns and I'm very happy with my purchase. The side of the tower to access the motherboard opens via glass hinged window. Super convenient, as well as the buttons on top creating ease of access.

In my opinion it's definitely worth buying. It comes with a mouse & keyboard that both light up & work well for my current needs. Fans seem to work good in my experience and the graphics card itself along with the core makes it worth buying. If there's anything I'd change currently it would be the RAM but that's because of the needs I have with software & other things. I know not everyone had a superb experience as I did but for the price I paid while it was also on sale & what I got in the box, it's hard to beat.

She's had it for almost a year now and it runs her games smoothly handling big boy games like apex and a multitude of sims 4 dlcs. This is perfect for a first ever pc.

got my pc 2 days ago and am glad i got asap. i was gonna wait a month or so, but decided to get it now and am loving every second of it

Never have I had such a new, and great looking PC. My downloads speed is great! I would recommend this to anyone who plays very minimal games. I play overwatch and gta primary and use it for work. It is fast and makes it easy to stay connected.

The best investment I've made in years, this machine has simply changed my results and performance at work. Several pages open all the time and the machine asking for more XD

Picked up the Gamer Master Gaming Desktop - AMD Ryzen 7 5700 - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 - 1TB HDD + 500GB SSD - White. Best pc i have ever owned. Works flawlessly playing all my games while even streaming on twitch. Got it on sale too! The keyboard that it comes with is not the best so I would recommend purchasing a separate one. Everything else is smooth as butter. If you are thinking on buying pre built, get a cyber power!

Great Pc! Is better than I expected, I play warzone, assasins creed, Apex and I do photography and this things is awesome!!

Picked up the Gamer Master Gaming Desktop - AMD Ryzen 7 5700 - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 - 1TB HDD + 500GB SSD - White. All the specs are good enough for streaming and gaming simultaneously. It is smooth, fast and quiet. You can throw just about any game at it, the graphics are fantastic. I love my CyberPower PC.

Overall the PC is great and I’ve enjoyed using it for games and streaming, wish they went with a different motherboard but I had a few other problems. 1) It shipped and was supposed to arrive the next day, didn’t show up until a week and a half later only after a countless number of phone calls to BestBuy and FedEx. 2) It was shipped in the actual PC box with a label just slaped on it, I went to pick it up off my porch and it almost fell out the bottom. It also doesn’t require a signature so make sure to be home or it will just sit on your doorstep. 3) Finally the worst problem of them all, I took the PC out of the box and plugged it in. Two out of the three fans were not plugged in, and the RGB lights for the the third fan as well as the CPU cooler were not plugged in either. Thank God I know I little bit about computers and was able to find the cables for both the fans and the RGB, but If this problem occurs for someone else and they dont realize, its kind of a big deal.

This is a great pc if you are a beginner. This was my first pc i have ever bough and it was worth the price. Performance is solid. Gave it 4 stars mainly because mine had issues with usb ports.

Its a wonderful plug in and play P.C ! Highly recommend this one for stating new or just wanna upgrade your old one ! Very clean

Love this Model, im new to the gaming world but this thing does wonders. I’m able to play all of my games at the highway graphics level. I also love that it comes with a keyboard and mouse, so i don’t need to get those unless i want different ones. Overall 10/10. do wish it was slightly quieter but it’s not a big issue .

I just purchased this computer, It worked right out of the box. It is smooth, fast and quiet. You can throw just about any game at it, the graphics are fantastic. I love my CyberPower PC.
