I just bought this pc. I think it's very good for being a prebuilt pc. I think this pc is definitely built very well and I can recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good starter pc. The build quality of the case is very good. The keyboard and mouse included are good for being included.

Good service but bad luck with pc have had to get it fixed a few times

I was searching for a good gaming system for our son and found this one. It has everything i could want at a decent price. 1tb and ssd, geforce 3060. Not to shabby for the price. Its an awesome prebuilt machine.

I got one of these for Cyber Monday and so far it has run fantastic and I really love it. My only issue with the computer is a cosmetic one. The metal panel on the left side of the tower is warped and separated at the bottom. It isn't too terribly noticeable so I'm not returning it but it is still disappointing none the less.

Picked up this pc from best buy. Out of the box its a great pre-built pc. Everything works great and I really like the case it came in. Good airflow with room for extra cooling fans etc. I would recommend .

Great product was on sale best choice I ever made, although best could of have people on the floor to help I had to figured it out my self.

This gaming PC has not disappointed us yet. We have through ever game we could add it and none of them loose frame rates very impressed. Great gaming PC for the price.

Not bad for my first pc, mainly got it with the intention of running VR which it does well. High frames in VR and non VR games run perfectly. With that being said I do play a lot of Vr which for me requires a USB-C port for my Oculus Quest. About a month ago the USB-C port stopped working completely, and my other USB ports will occasionally disconnect and reconnect. Apparently this is a common issue with CyberPower as well. After updating my BIOS which fixed the USB problems for some people my LEDs now work about 30% of the time and will decide on their own if when I turn on my PC if they will be on. Obviously not detrimental issues but extremely annoying. Also the cooling could use some work as sometimes it can make my room pretty hot and it can get loud but mainly when running VR.

I will start off by saying I have not used it yet, but it all looks great, one of two incredibly minor dents that go unnoticed if you don’t look closely, overall still very happy. If all goes well I will be buying from here again!

Well built PC. My only concern is that it was shipped in its original box. This creates an issue upon delivery, easily enticing anyone to come and steal the package from my front porch. So far I have no other complaints.

Bought this PC for my 10 y/o son for gaming and streaming. He loves it. Awesome features. Would most definitely recommend this PC.
