I purchased the gamer master gaming desktop its my 1st gaming pc and I have nothing but good to say about it its fast does everything I need it to do without any issues or lags its easy getting used to the windows 11 coming from windows 10 I read in a lot of reviews that the fans are loud and truth is they're actually very quiet best part is it looks like just about everything is upgradeable and it has very cool RGB lights (even the mouse) keyboard feels smooth and has cool white light in the keys and the bottom there's so much that I can do now that I couldn't do on my other computer honestly seems like the possibilities are endless

Love this computer! When my laptop finally gave out on me I knew it was finally time to buy my first PC. Perfect computer for beginners who don't want/know how to build their own PC. The rainbow colors are a plus as well!

I've wanted a gaming PC for quite some time and since I didn't really know where to start I decided on getting a pre-built PC. I had heard bad things in the past about pre-built PCs but I have to say, I am very pleased with my CyberPower PC. It runs great, it handles all of the games I play, and I haven't had any issues so far and I've had it just over a month now. I use it everyday and it runs well. Only thing is the fan is a tad loud but it's really not that noticeable while your playing. Recommend!

I just picked this pc up today and the package was in good condition from the outside to the inside with no damage or lose wires. I was able to set it up so easily and fast which was great so I didn't have to overthink and stress out if I'm doing everything correctly. I have only started to use it for a couple hours but everything is working great with no issues. I will edit this review if anything changes in the future but at this moment I'm in love with this pc setup for all my gaming needs!

As you can read in the title it is my first PC tower purchase ever. It is really nice for the price and works very smoothly I really like it a lot. I mainly use it for gaming, it runs Genshin Impact pretty smoothly which is really nice. I originally didn't mean to purchase this one cause it was a little out of my budget, but I will say for the extra $100 that I paid, it is so worth it. I'd say if you're thinking about buying this desktop, don't think too hard it's really good.

Been building PCs for 20+ years and decided to buy only my 2nd pre-built Desktop PC. Value for the performance was one of the best combinations I could find during my research. Very easy to setup, instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I've had previous frustrations with other brands when setting up for family members where there was way too much unnecessary "fluff" added. CyberPowerPC was significantly easier and less hassle. As for performance, can't ask for more. This thing screams in terms of performance and love the graphics card! Have the SSD for the OS/Applications + the larger HDD for storage/backups was very handy especially for transferring my old PC data over. Excellent product, would definitely recommend this to friends and family!

I bought a different CyberPC model first and that one unfortunately broke 1.5 months after purchasing. GeekSquad thought it was a defective motherboard. Since it was outside of the return/exchange period, they had me get the geeksquad protection so I could exchange for this model instead. They said the graphics, processor, and memory were better than the previous model I bought. I will say it does seem a little faster. It doesn't have a water cooling system, just a traditional fan. Due to the fan it can be on the louder side at times.

Was Delivered earlier than expected. Box had small amounts of damage, but the PC was packaged well so no damage to the PC. The mouse and keyboard that came with it are actually pretty nice. I wasn't expecting much of the mouse and keyboard, but I really enjoy them until I can buy ones I prefer. Very easy setup with clear instructions. Looks amazing.

I bought this PC 7 months ago and am now ready to review it. Let me say this PC does a lot of things phenomenally well and for the price I would recommend this 9 times out of 10. The speed is unmatched and the CPU works flawlessly. It comes with a beefy graphics card that can play some of the most high-end games on ultra. I play Overwatch, DBD and FF14 of high setting flawlessly with 60-144 FPS consistently. Here's the rub - you may get different parts (motherboard etc...) depending on when you buy the unit. I got unlucky and got a GIGABYTE motherboard. Also the base RAM that came with the PC was pretty crappy (although that is super easy to upgrade and anyone can do it!). The motherboard on the other hand you are pretty much stuck with unless you want to rebuild the PC from the ground up which pretty much defeats the purpose of getting a prebuilt. My issue with the GIGABYTE motherboard is it's mandatory software it uses to handle the RGB lighting. The lighting on the fans DO NOT work and never have since week 1. GIGABYTE uses a software called RGB Fusion which was rated the WORST software in 2022 and you are stuck with it. The lights do not work. They are white all the time (the fans work fine though). I have done a lot of my own trouble shooting (opening up the case, checking connections, getting into the BIOS with the RGB IO software and nothing works). I have contacted CyberPower and well it's basically stuff like this. SOOOO IF THE LIGHTS ARE IMPORTANT TO YOU DO NOT BUY THIS PC. I could take it or leave it - it's not a huge thing for me as I care more about how the PC runs and plays and it is exceptional in that regard especially for the price.

I got an earlier version of this desktop from Best Buy, and have loved it ever since. Due to that experience, I went with this newer model. So far so good, but the bottom front LED isn't working. It was delivered by FedEx, so maybe the drive messed it up. I checked the cables, but nothing seemed to have an issue causing the one to be out like it is. LED lights aren't my top priority in a pc, so I'm not going to push for it to be fixed. The two other lights work, and the desktop itself is running wonderfully.

A well-powered prebuilt PC of high quality. Set up was easy and the computer is as fast as I’d hoped. Highly recommend.

its a really good pc I have had it for over 7 month works like a charm if you're barely starting to play on PC that should be your first gaming PC really good ram really good FPS only thing I would add to this PC is a good intercooler but decides that this PC is worth the money.

This is my first time with a gaming computer and so far it did not come damaged, The packaging and instructions were a breeze to follow and It was easy to unpack. Love that it came with a Keyboard and mouse. Once I got everything step up the product itself looks amazing and it runs so smooth. Cant wait to spend hours on it playing games.

Purchased this Cyber Power PC from Best Buy. Super fast, so pretty, and my son loves it. Perfect for gaming.

I took a leap with getting this PC since I had a tough time deciding. So far, the reviews on this PC have been pretty accurate. It's performed very well so far and it was generally an easy set up. It looks very sleek. I would make sure you have enough space for it though, since it's a pretty huge case.

100000/10 recommend! If you wanna stream and game and for a good price this is a BEAST of a starter!

Great starting PC. Had for a couple of months. Runs just about everything. The 16 GB of ram is great if you’re looking to multitask while gaming. Ide highly recommend this product if you’re just getting into pc gaming or coming back to it.

Wow. I was a little nervous switching from an HP Omen 30L to this, however I underestimated the quality and performance of this bad boy! Runs smooth as butter, epic frames, epic graphics and great storage. Must have for anyone interested in high quality gaming!
