Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just purchased a CYBERPOWERPC a few hours ago. I unboxed it and set it up. Unfortunately Tech support closed at 6pm PST. My keyboard and volume is not working. I am currently using the onscreen keyboard. However, I am sure Tech support will be able to help me get the issues resolved. I am sure I will love it once the issues are resolved.

Might look into something else

Had trouble getting it set up and when I turn it off, a black screen with the curser comes up, that's it. I can see it will be a problem

It's not bad, but its not that great

Issues upon receiving
