Just got as a birthday gift! Absolutely love it, easy to install and set up. Very well packaged which was concering at first due to the glass but got in pristine condition. Loved how it lights up the room.

Do not waste your time buying this product through Best Buy. You will have it for less than a year, the CPU or motherboard will go bad and Best Buy will tell you there is nothing they can do unless you pay more for the parts to have them repair it. They don’t stand behind the products they sell and you will have to go through the manufacturer to get any warranty honored.

The reviews on this PC made me so excited to ourchase it for myself after my laptop recently died. Unfortunately, it keeps blue screening right out of the box, repeatedly telling me “Critical Process Died”. Ive tried everything I can think of to fix it.. It’s a no go. Now I need to return it and hope they let me swap it.

amazing value for what you get. powerful too. handled a video production project with ease. so good my son took the video card and swapped it with his lower generation video card for gaming. still a fantastic workhorse. highly recommended. no way i could build one with these specs and components for less money.

I would probably give this computer 5 stars, but I have not yet had enough time to test out everything at this moment. In the meantime- I am already VERY PLEASED with the entirety of this CYBERPOWER PC purchase.!! This is my first gaming computer. In past computer experiences and usage I constantly ran into speed, storage, hardware, and software issues. Thus far I am highly pleased with the speed and abilities of this computer. Already it has made clear its versatility; and the look is totally cool, also! The look and feel of this computer, the keyboard, and mouse are pleasing to me. The lights are neat, useful, can be changed, or completely turned off. Setup was super quick and quite easy.! Only complication was at first opening the tempered glass side panel to remove the protective foam stuffing for use. Enclosed tools for unscrewing this panel were not seen/found until later, as they were a little hidden in the careful boxing and not noted within instructions. The available gift provided by the company within was also a neat surprise. If permitted I should give positive note-review to delivery and receiving this product, as well. :: > The box was made manageable enough for "little ol' Me" to handle. > All items within the box were well packaged- intact and very clean. >> Delivered straight to my door- important for many stairs, and my inability to carry that weight far. >> Expectations for time were also exceeded by surprising promptness.! What a great surprise.!!! Everything worked out beautifully; and thus far I am highly pleased with the performance, functions, availabilities, capabilities, and look of this COOL new CYBERPOWER PC.!! {It even has neat emojis I can utilize again!} RECOMMEND!

This is a really good PC for the price. I definitely recommend getting this. Don’t know how well it runs with games yet, but it is doing good so far looks amazing and doesn’t run slow. Only problem is the Wi-Fi if you don’t have an ethernet in your Wi-Fi can be pretty bad.And this is a low price for the specs it has

Plays any game at max setting and good price for the RAM/graphics card

Excellent computer. It was very easy to set up and has been a powerhouse that manages any game I throw at it. It is actually better than the HP Omen gaming rig I bought for twice the price, and a lot quieter too.

I've had this computer for almost a year now and it runs like crazy. Insane storage capacity (I have several large games that I don't often play and can still download way more), I can run several heavy programs at once without lag and have never once crashed, and the graphics are beautiful. I expect this to last me a few several years. The only downside is that the fans can get a little noisy at times but I personally don't mind that too much. Overall a 10/10 purchase in my opinion.

Great system with great specs for the price! Every game I tested with this played flawlessly. I look forward to gaming on this system. So far it's not shown any struggles! I did upgrade the RAM to 32GB. This system screams!
