May2024 I bought this m no complaints at all I can play all my single player games and multiplayer game with no issue still holding out strong

Absolutely great pc, team members were extremely helpful down at the north haven ct location, stuck with me side by side until i had my heart set on what i wanted exactly before i left there store.

I was very happy with my PC but my experience with best buy wasn’t too great. The website had said my purchase would be ready for pick up in an hour I had left my house so I got there in an hour after I bought it. Then 5 minutes before I got to the location (25 minutes from my house) it said unable to get at this store. So then I was pretty upset and just used a new pick up location another 22 minutes away and then when I got there they said they have to wait for my purchase to go through online and ended up having to wait another hour at the best buy when the money had already left my account 2 hours ago. But besides that I love the pc it is very powerful and can run everything very fast.

I purchased this PC as a birthday gift, and it’s proven to be an excellent starter machine. The performance is impressive for the price, making it great for both casual gaming and everyday tasks. However, I did run into one minor issue: during shipping, a component that connects to the power supply became detached. I’ve tried to reattach it, but it doesn’t seem to fit back into place properly. Despite this hiccup, the overall functionality remains unaffected, and I still think this PC is a fantastic option for anyone looking to get into gaming or boost their productivity.

We got this today at best buy and the workers were so nice in helping us find what we need, the computer runs amazing and has amazing graphics, I would definitely buy it again!

After my gaming laptop of 5-6 years had broke, I went through Best Buy to look for a good gaming pc. I wanted to use a pc instead of a laptop this time. My friends had recommended this one for how good the specs are considering its price. I'm very happy to have bought this one and it feels a lot better compared to my gaming laptop.
