I may revisit this review at a later date for a product-specific review, however at this time I am submitting a service/experience only review on the product page as there does not seem to be an option on my receipt. I purchased this product and an alienware 34 monitor at the Dublin Hacienda location; Barrett was helping me, and I sincerely appreciate the efforts he made in defining the specific tower I was looking for and securing proper coverage for my purchases. Barrett was very patient, informative, and the model of how an employee should approach a more sizable purchase (he presented well-articulated reasons for the Best Buy membership, geek squad assistance options, and a tactful mention of the Best Buy credit card). I did not pursue everything he outlined, but having worked in retail previously, I appreciate an employee that says the lines asked of him, but in a way that is in the best interests of the customer (and is able to take "no" for an answer). Should I have need for further assistance at this Best Buy location in the future, Barrett is my guy.

Definitely a go to first starter gaming PC not much needed to be added. Just don’t think you’re gonna play call of duty.

Exceptional pc. had for many months now and has run every game i play perfectly fine, even on highest resolution settings. pairs nice with a 180 hrtz monitor. Have not had any issues with it, but even if you didn't support team is phenomenal with answering any questions you may have.

Have been wanting to get into pc gaming for years. I finally got this computer as my first one and im far from disappointed. Everything i need to run from steam and battle.net to xbox youtuve and homework i can basically have open all simultaneously and stull run on high settings.

Not only were the employees helpful but this is easy to use and navigate. Lights are a nice touch and make gaming more enjoyable. If you want to play in the dark, it really illuminates the room. This device also has a great response time and for gaming it is ready to go.

this is the second cyberpower computer i have owned. i have never had an issue with either one. i would gladly purchase another if this one becomes outdated like my last one. the only thing i could knock is there was no explanation as to what the extra cord that came with it was for.

So far so good! I just purchased this computer as my first gaming pc and it runs super fast! The case is very aesthetic, I haven't gotten to play any games but as far as opening browsers and downloading programs I've had no issues.

for the price and what its out there currenlty im more than glad i got this spec runs good for what i need

I had no idea what I was doing when it came to PCs, but Tyeler was very helpful in assisting me to find this one. I love the lights. They keyboard isn't the greatest, but the mouse is lovely. I play fortnite and minecraft and fallout and it runs so nicely. Great first PC for my rodeo!
