Worked well for 2 1/2 weeks then completely stopped playing my games. Crashes on Cyberpunk 2077 then would lag SEVERELY when started up. Even Fallout 4 lag severely. Unusual for its purpose.

Bought as an open box exellent condition but once plugged in it kept on showing on the screen to restart the computer and restart the installation of windows over and over again. Endless loop.

i bought this PC in the BestBuy store. i wanted a new pc after my old one broke, and I decided to purchase this one. it is aesthetically pleasing and it runs very well. no problems on set up part and I also like how I can interchange parts. only thing is I dont know how to change the RGB colors

Honestly I'm pretty surprised at the value of this PC. For the specs on this system it would be challenging to build a pc with similar performance (of course building a pc is always a better price to performance). But seriously if you go watch pc build guides with a 1000$ budget you'll see that this pc is almost identical to what people are building and in some cases this pc has better specs and for a prebuilt system that is honestly insane. You have a MSI B650 VC motherboard, one channel 16gb DDR5 6000 mhz ram, Ryzen 7 7700, Radeon 7600 GPU, 850 watt psu and a decent full size case. The only con here is you have mid size components in a full size case, but I guess you have plenty of room for upgrades and airflow? The only real downside I see to this pc is the lack of customization you get from a prebuilt but that's no fault on the pc and the cable management seems to be 50/50. I had to tuck away a few wires in the front of the case for aesthetics but the back of the pc was flawless. Although I've seen others have had mixed experiences, even so this is something that most would mess up anyways when trying to build there own pc and just isn't a big issue since you can easily fix this. Overall this is a great pc, it runs any game you want in 1080p at 100+ fps on high/ultra settings and you'll have no problem with work related tasks. If your on the fence about it then I would go for it as you won't be disappointed. One quick tip, make sure that your drivers and windows are all updated before you try to run anything. You have to remember that the software for these machines is always changing and your brand new pc may not have the newest version and that will cause you to run into issues if you don't address it.

I love this computer! It was really cheap for how good it is. I got it to play ESO and WoW. My other computer could not handle WoW and this one is perfect and the game plays great with nothing turned down. It's fast and responsive and easy to get going. I set it up super fast. Super easy to get going. The led lights can be changed to many colors and mine is a cute pink. Love this comp so much! <3

Literally perfect pre built, gives you max fps for performance wise and runs great, and I play at a competitive level for Fortnite so I definitely recommend ! Also can't beat the price.

After searching for hours on end, I finally found a computer that just "clicked" from CyberPowerPC (through BestBuy). It was affordable, can run all the games I had been wanting to play at an astounding speed, and has an easy set-up process that didn't take more than 30 minutes. Highly recommend this PC to anyone interested in gaming on a budget!

Amazing computer comes with many great features like Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, and the graphics are amazing, and performance is excellent would recommend.

I'm a beginner when it comes to owning a PC (this is my first one) and all I have to say is good things! It was super easy to set up, runs super smooth, it's unbelievably cool looking with both the LEDs and general design, and it's just overall everything I needed and wanted for a first PC!

I got this as an advanced birthday gift from my mother whom has no experience within any gaming circumstances. I've had it for almost 3 weeks now and it's been doing great on me. It's basically perfect for me to edit at home, play video games with my friends that can max out over 60fps or more. I would say that I'm going to upgrade the memory in the future but for now, it's really a nice PC for beginners.
