BUT, even with that mess of events, Best Buy and Cyberpower together helped me to secure a new one, an even better working one at that! Definitely worth every penny, as the internals are practically future proof! And with all the little bonuses CyberPowerPC gives, i couldnt be more happy to support their business!

So it was a little difficult to get all the packing out. It got stuck and loosened some components, however works perfectly once she retightened those components
