This model came up when I googled "Quiet gamer PC" I was given a menu to upgrade components (at additional cost) and selected all the fans to the quietest option available. PC was louder than the noisy one I wanted to replace. Revs up very loud even when no apps are launched. It will relax, then as soon as you click anything, sounds like a jet engine.

Received the computer came dented door wouldn’t shut. Dented on the back wires were lose crap computer

Computer has been a little slow since the start, but I didn’t think anything of it. Would constantly kick my headset off and the keyboard and mouse would disconnect. Thought this was an issue with my devices and not the PC so I spent a long time troubleshooting those. They all work fine on my old pc and my bfs pc. Only had for 2 months and today it crashed and will not connect to anything. Of course now it’s too late to return so I’m stuck with a $1500 pc that does not work. Currently trying to get help from CyberPower so hopefully it’s not a total loss.

I purchased it back in January of this year and got it delivered in February. Last month I had to take it to geek squad and it turns out my graphics card was done and not working anymore. I’m so upset because I used this computer for business and lost a lot of my files. For the money I paid for, it didn’t even last 6 months.

PC didnt even last 2 weeks i play Cod and FiveM ethernet kept shutting off after 1 hr of playing then it shut down randomly and my keyboard wouldnt come back on…..dont get it

5 days in its was shutting off with I was playing high intense games I was told faulty graphics cards and I paid a pretty good amount and it’s not being worked on and I haven’t even had it a month yet!!!

This is one of the best computers that you can buy! It is very quick, smooth, fast, and very easy to use. It comes with a free keyboard and a mouse that I wish I kenw before buying it because it would save me more than 200 dolars and the quality of these two pieces are at gaming level quality. It is an amazing pc with amazing specs, it always runs above 144 fps smoothly with all of my games that I play which are Apex legneds, R6, RL,

By far the best PC I have ever bought, it runs at 300 fps for many games and it's storage is insane. Although the fans are a little loud its perfect for people who are interested in buying a new computer.

Way faster than my old computer and with more storage. Runs very quietly and games run really smooth. Was lucky to get the last one at the store same day. Very happy with the purchase.
