A steal with minor annoyances.

The instructions for setup use a different model but it’s a relatively small issue. Mine was fine overall but the backside was literally a messy clump of wires which made adding hard drives and ssd’s a huge pain. Not everyone will need that much space but I wish it was set up a little bit more neat for easy additional customization.

Faulty computer and warranty is a scam
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.(THIS IS PROBABLY THE MOST IMPORTANT PIECE OF INFORMATION YOU WILL READ: do not buy the 3 year warranty!!! It’s only for hardware, and the diagnostic that Geek Squad needs to run in order to figure out what’s wrong with the computer is $100. Basically, you will be required to pay this regardless of your warranty) For some reason my computer has been crashing over and over while playing video games. I definitely don’t have a virus, as I haven’t downloaded anything without doing research before hand.

Crappy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.stopped working a month after bought it. screen just turned black “no hdmi signal found” and the screen was a $300 monitor, trade it in and got a crappy reimbursement monitor to found out it was the problem, $75 hdmi cable was it either so it’s the graphic card of this new computer. Contact customer support and they said pay for shipping and insurance. $2000 on computer set now just sitting in my room collecting dust
