The look of the PC is nice. It runs smoothly. The only issue I have is that Fortnite won't run on it. I am investigating the issue with EPIC games.

Purchased the PC from the store had to go back to pick up the motherboard's wifi was messed up Geek squad ended up having to Send for a new one took care of it in a timely manner.

This is a very good pc its faster than my old pc and cheaper. I bought it Sunday and got it in the mail Wednesday, shipping was faster than i expected.

My first gaming PC! When I showed people this model and said I was getting it, it was recommended I save money by getting with a little less RAM and just adding more myself after buying, but I'm a total beginner and didn't want the hassle of opening the thing up, no matter how easy everyone said it would be. Still, I'll pass along their advice and say that you'll save money by getting the same computer with only 16GB of RAM and then adding the additional RAM yourself. The only thing you're paying extra for there is convenience.

It's a pretty fast machine. Everything seems to be running well however my beer leg touch the side of the case and it does get hot. Not sure but it may need more cooling

Great build for the price, got shown a similar one but I wanted more so I upgraded stuff to this model. Runs great I play call of duty most of the time and I run 230-240fps on search and destroy. Only reason I didn’t give 5 star is because my first one came in broke like it got dropped in transit.

So, with this PC when i first ordered it, it shipped...well, in a great condition on the outside, but a messy condition digitally. BUT, even with that mess of events, Best Buy and Cyberpower together helped me to secure a new one, an even better working one at that! Definitely worth every penny, as the internals are practically future proof! And with all the little bonuses CyberPowerPC gives, i couldnt be more happy to support their business!

PC looks great however the keyboard that comes with this PC has some key issues. But definitely reccomend

It was a gift for my youngest son. He definitely is enjoying a lot this purchase.

Easy to set up. The instructions are easy to follow. I did have to physically move my screens even though they were plugged in the same way as my old pc. Currently downloading Adobe Photoshop, inDesign, and Illustrator. Ready to get back to work with a computer that can handle everything.

Have been using it for about a month now and have been running all the new games at max graphics and having dropped any fps and have been running smooth

Awesome computer nothing but good times so far the fan is a little loud but I am running everything at max settings and getting awesome results.
