Computer has been a little slow since the start, but I didn’t think anything of it. Would constantly kick my headset off and the keyboard and mouse would disconnect. Thought this was an issue with my devices and not the PC so I spent a long time troubleshooting those. They all work fine on my old pc and my bfs pc. Only had for 2 months and today it crashed and will not connect to anything. Of course now it’s too late to return so I’m stuck with a $1500 pc that does not work. Currently trying to get help from CyberPower so hopefully it’s not a total loss.

5 days in its was shutting off with I was playing high intense games I was told faulty graphics cards and I paid a pretty good amount and it’s not being worked on and I haven’t even had it a month yet!!!

PC didnt even last 2 weeks i play Cod and FiveM ethernet kept shutting off after 1 hr of playing then it shut down randomly and my keyboard wouldnt come back on…..dont get it

this is my first time purchasing a prebuilt gaming pc and its fantastic have had no issues so far and the preformance is just outstanding for a first time gamer looking for something high budget and worth while i would recommend this highly,

Great product, and amazing bang for buck value. The instructions for setup use a different model but it’s a relatively small issue. Mine was fine overall but the backside was literally a messy clump of wires which made adding hard drives and ssd’s a huge pain. Not everyone will need that much space but I wish it was set up a little bit more neat for easy additional customization.

this product was amazing only took 5 minutes to set up had no updates to do or anything just plugged in turned it on and started to play and have fun with my friends. the specs of the pc are amazing with running more then my monitor can withstand LOL.

got this PC a while ago, still works great never had any mayor issues. Definitely recommend buying it it's well worth the money.

One of the best First Pc's i could have imagined. I bought this PC on new years day, i have had no issues with the software and BIOS was easier to navigate than expected. All components are super solid and easy to upgrade if and when needed. I will be recommending cyber power to everyone who is looking for a solid pre build. :)

By far the best PC I have ever bought, it runs at 300 fps for many games and it's storage is insane. Although the fans are a little loud its perfect for people who are interested in buying a new computer.

Everything worked out great out of the box. No need to worry about any damages because it is all packaged so well with so much protection. Simple step instructions come in the box and if anything, else can easily be found online for help. This was my first PC, and it was made very simple to set up.

Its was my bday and my parents got me a pc, I loved it like it was love at first sight. Highly Highly recommend this pc if u wnna go pro at a game because every game gets more than 500 fps. So please buy.

It is a very nice beginner pc I am having some issues with it such as the fan lights not turning on but I am going to bring it into geek squad to help me with that very soon but very good pc for beginners or intermediate PC players

This is one of the best computers that you can buy! It is very quick, smooth, fast, and very easy to use. It comes with a free keyboard and a mouse that I wish I kenw before buying it because it would save me more than 200 dolars and the quality of these two pieces are at gaming level quality.
