It’s only for hardware, and the diagnostic that Geek Squad needs to run in order to figure out what’s wrong with the computer is $100. Basically, you will be required to pay this regardless of your warranty) For some reason my computer has been crashing over and over while playing video games. I definitely don’t have a virus, as I haven’t downloaded anything without doing research before hand.
