This is my first gaming pc. Great deal with a 4070ti. This thing is honestly awesome. Couldn't be happier.

PC was very well packaged, there was some issues with the keyboard and mouse I received but the PC its self came perfectly.

It a good pc for gaming and its future ready so you do all the upgrades over time

My son bought this gaming pc well worth your money

I was excited to purchase this computer but that excitement turned sour. The First one I received died within 4 days of it coming to my home. I waited a week for Geek Squad to look at it and they didn’t even bother and just told me to return it and get a new one. This was after I was told to make an appointment by a store manager, mind you. The second one of these computers I received kept turning itself off while I was using it. I again made an appointment to have it looked at and I was told “It will take a week to look at it and if we need to change any parts out we will have to ship it out to a warehouse and they will probably take another 2-3 weeks.” Between the two computers dying and the horrendous service I just returned it and got a completely different computer.

Included CPU cooler was inadequate. After purchasing a new cooler everything works great.

Upon arrival, wouldn't give my monitor a signal. The mobo had a red light on for cpu and dram. So I reseated the cpu and replaced the ram. Monitor started working. After about 3 hours of working, and testing different games, I open God of War and an error comes up about an overheating gpu and it crashes. I then get blue screens of death on a loop, different errors every time, since then. Think I'm going to just return it and build my own. It should be plug and play. Too much money for it not to be. So I'll build my own for cheaper and to make sure everything runs right. Waited half the day for it and the other half trying to fix it. It was my birthday too so crap birthday because of cyber power.

DO NOT BUY. Massive overheating problems. They put 4 stick fans in a pc that needs at least basic liquid cooling. Play anything relatively new on high settings and you will get endless crashes due to the horrible cooling system. I reach 100 C while in menus. Not plug and play so not worth the money of a prebuilt.

I purchased this PC around the beginning of March. Right off the bat, I was having performance issues with games that shouldnt never popped up with my 3080 pc. After adjusting some ram settings in the BiOS it was smooth sailing. Around a month later, my PC started getting black screens and crash whenever the gpu was pushed by more demanding games (i.e. bf2042). I contacted cyberpower customer support, and without fully hearing my complaiants they wanted to ship my gpu to their office so they can replace. To their credit, they were trying to help, but after spending $80 on shipping and waiting two weeks to receive the new gpu. I was still unable to enjoy any games. This time my pc wasnt utilizing the gpu and instead relying on the integrated graphics of the cpu. Im still trying to get the PC working, but as an intial impression I had to give it 1 star. The lack of qualtiy control and less than adequate customer service makes this $2000 computer way overvalued.

Easy to setup. Package came quick. Packaged very well. Pc is very quit and stays cool

power supply doesnt hold down. PC will shut down mid game an continue to do it. I went through 2 of these pcs both did same thing.

I just got this about 2 day ago and any game i try to run fps are under 30 dont know why. I updated everything, changed the settings in game, put high perfomance and watched s couple videos nothings changed. I had a 3080 before this and without doing any of the stuff i did for this one i was getting 180fps. Im prob returning it
