Great price and computer I'm glad my girlfriend got me this as a birthday present

So, I receive the PC the first time, and it worked okay for about a week. Then, whenever it went to sleep and woke up, it would shut down after about 30 seconds. I contacted CyberPower directly, and they offered me some support/things to try to fix it (none of it worked). At that point, since I bought from another retailer (Best Buy), I had to either ship the whole PC to CyberPower for them to work on it or ship the power supply to them, footing the bill for the shipment. I ended up taking it to Best Buy to exchange, and their Geek Squad was equally stumped at the problem, so I replaced it. My replacement PC works just fine now, but the keyboard that comes with it is glitchy/stiff, unlike the one that came with the original PC I bought that had the power supply issue. Overall, the function of the PC is awesome once it actually works like it's supposed to, and the keyboard is something my husband can probably tinker with to fix, but it just seems like a lot of headaches for a computer that is so expensive. I would recommend it, but be aware there are some flaws.

PC is very affordable and runs so smooth with no lags, great performance and graphics.

Great gaming performance. Only issue I've had with it is it power cycles randomly. Haven't been able to figure out what is causing it yet.

I honestly was skeptical of buying this PC because i didnt think it was going to be able to handle what i needed from it. It surprised me how fast and easy it was to set it up and good it works and its easy to add or remove parts due to it being glass on the side with all the parts. I give this PC 10/10 the gaming is so clear and fast no issues.

This PC runs really well for the games I play, like Fortnite, Marvel Rivals, Minecraft, and a city builder. Everything is smooth and responsive. The only issue I’ve had is with the Wi-Fi card (AMD RZ616 6E) notorious for connectivity issues. It sometimes stops working every hour or so. Restarting the computer once or twice usually fixes it temporarily. After 3 weeks was able to find and manually update the Wi-Fi card, which helped.

Overall I continue to be surprised by the raw power and performance for an out of box PC when it's CyberPowerPC.

I had initially wifi connection issues. After installing a couple of antennas that came with pc,, it works great!8

Its a really good pc very affordable for performance and you can add on items too improve it more if youd like all in all wonderful pc and its really good when playing marvel rivals
