Great performance but way too much fan noise even under idle conditions.

bought computer brand new. first day has issues downloading, was so slow. the specs of this computer should make it so the computer is quick and efficient. completely lacked that. wish i bought a cheaper computer. has hardware issues and randomly blue screens A LOT. can't fix it either and the horrible customer service team on phone made it WORSE

It came with faulty RAM. Games constantly crashing, and grtting kicked out to the Blue screen. Prompted scannow command and no corrupted files found, faulty ram seems to be the culprit. Just missed the return window.

Only lasted me one weekend and it restarted randomly more than a couple of times. Even the geeksquad employee told me Cyberpower pc’s are terrible to buy. Save your money from prebuilts and buy your own parts.

Pc broke within 2 weeks. Best buy offered to seap since it was still within return window but wouldnt renew the return time for a new pc from them. Opted to just return and refund.

this was my first PC, and i was met with a blue screening issue. i tried everything (updates, reinstalling windows, etc). nothing worked. i ended up returning it for a full refund. i cannot recommend this PC to anyone.

Everytime I Boot Up Something It Tends To Restart The Entire Pc And I Cant Figure Out Why. This Has Happened Several Times And I Intend To Return It As Soon As This Snow Storm Ends.

Bought this a month ago and I can't even use it without it restarting every 2 minutes or less. Really frustrating.

This is a terrible computer. Got blue screen error multiple times. I returned it. Going custom built from now on.

When I finally finish setting it up and all I do is just crash and hit blue screen soon as I go on a video game

I've been using the CyberPowerPC GMA5200BSTV10 for a few weeks now, and honestly, it's a solid gaming desktop for the price. It boots up fast, runs games like Call of Duty, Fortnite, and Cyberpunk 2077 really smoothly at 1080p, and doesn't break the bank. The Ryzen 5 5500 and RTX 4060 combo gives you plenty of performance for gaming and even light content creation. Out of the box, everything worked fine, though the fans were a bit loud at first, they run at full speed by default, which can be annoying until you tweak the settings.

I bought this Cyber Power Pc less than a month ago and it has given me over the top performance has not failed on me once. I reccomend this Pc to anyone looking for a first Pc you have everything you need a high end GPU and CPU which together are amazing with the minimum 16gb memory which is the perfect amount and can be later upgraded with another 16gb. lastly the 2tb storage possibly the best part in the pc giving you the ability to install huge games and download big high quality videos without having to pick and choose the photos and keep those installed game so you can play whenever. This is the PERFECT entry pc.

PC is nice and quiet and runs so smooth, very happy thus far! Highly recommend if you are in the market for a prebuild.

In terms of a starter PC this is about mid-tier. It has good graphics if paired with a good monitor. So far it's been relatively good, just be sure to read all the instructions it comes with. Very clean and sleek look and also has a very nice storage and graphics array. If you have a bit of extra money lying around, I will definitely look into upgrading the ram for faster speeds but as is its good to run most triple A titles. Very customizable and good for a backup pc if you're looking for one. All-in-all its very cost effective and good in terms of stress capabilities.

Excellent desktop, great price and runs so smooth. Exactly what I was looking for and after tons of research this is what I went for as a beginner gamer. I am so satisfied with my purchase, have had no issues out the box and is running efficiently and cleanly. The games I play are very heavy graphic laden but it handles it so well.

upon opening the packaging it was neat and i had no doubt it was secured and handled with care. everything was good and up to expectations BUT i had to spend hours trying to troubleshoot my bluetooth! did everything to uninstalling windows 11 and trying to update drivers and unstall etc. came to the conclusion that the bluetooth bandwith is faulty. Devices wont stay connected or even run audio correctly unless the device is placed DIRECTLY on the PC. long story short ive had this PC for a week and bestbuy wont order me another PC to exchange. no stores near me have this specific PC. and Geeksquad wont even give a estimated cost of the repair let alone fix it for free? the guy at bestbuy just told me to get a bluetooth adapter for 40$ but maybe i wanted to use my earbuds or a nice bluetooth speaker.

I am thoroughly enjoying my PC. I'm able to play games that I couldn't play with my old AIO. I'm able to surf the internet faster and use apps more efficiently. I just wish that the full setup worked. Everything works as need except the keyboard. This would've been an excellent experience if I didn't have to purchase a new keyboard because the provided one was DOA. Other than that, this PC is remarkable!

Honestly, there is not one single complaint! this pc is a great starter for anyone looking to get into gaming and needs somthing that will easily run most of their games! Its fun, its easy set up, and it comes with your keyboard and mouse.

Over all really good graphics, speed, the only problem that we experienced. Was our graphic card gave out once and had to be replaced. Once the cpu just popped and shut down. I’m not a computer guy but my 17 year old enjoys it. Homework and gaming. Geek squad has been helpful.
