This PC arrived just as described on the site. The lights are beautiful and the PC is practically silent when it runs. I use it to multitask with school work and run warzone without any errors.

I just received this in the mail and it appears to be used as the mouse buttons are visibly broken, the mouse box is used, the power cord was unraveled and not in the twist ties, missing manuals, not sure where the drivers and utilities are. I have no idea what is suppoed to be in the box at this point. For an $1,800 item, this is totally unacceptable. It was delivered late in the day so now, Best Buy online and phone services are closed. And I have no way to resolve this. So disappointed and upset. Clearly this was returned and they sent it to me.

The system stopped working two weeks after purchase, the quality of the whole system is okay, however, Cyberpower is cutting corners, at the moment I have a ticket open with their tech support to get this issue fixed (It's going to take a long time), I wanted to return this system but unfortunately, I pass the two week period that best buy gives you to return the item.
Description of the issue:
I can't transfer data to the internal storage from external drives, I attached screenshots of the issue.
I tried a few things before reaching out to CyberPower and everything points out to be a hardware issue.
Troubleshooting steps:
1. Re-install USB Drivers - USB hub controller was Uninstall (Advanced) and then restarted.
2. SFC and CHKDSK Performed.
3. Try different external devices, same behavior.
4. Windows was updated.
5. GPU and CPU drivers updated.
6. When transferring data from one external drive to another, it transfers normally.
7. Windows Event viewer shows two errors (Screenshots attached below):
- The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Harddisk3\DR3.
- The machine-default permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
{C2F03A33-21F5-47FA-B4BB-156362A2F239}

This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.
8. Issue happens even after re-seating all the external storage on different ports
9. Issue happens even after unplugging all other USB and Audio devices from the IO or front case ports.
10. I restarted the computer.
11. Windows restarted - Clean Wipe
12. It happens also to the external SSD connected to the type-c port.
13. Write/Read times of the SSD are normal when this happens.
14. USB Selective suspending is Disabled,
I was planning to use this system for content creation but it looks like I just got a expensive paperweight.

I'm giving this a 5 star rating instead of a 3 star rating because I know computer hardware and troubleshooting issues and I immediately fixed the two issues within a day. I wanna start by saying this is probably the best pre-built I've seen in the last 20 years or so and how bad the gpu market is I had to buy a pre-built and I honestly like the Radeon 6700xt alot more then my old RTX 2080. Okay, first I'll give the issue this pc has.
If you buy this Pc, immediately change out the Power supply with a better one, Cyberpowerpc decided it would be smart to put a $50 chinese made power supply and put it in a high performance pc with expensive parts, it's a 800w PSU at least but this thing won't last a few months. And for me I started to get Event code 41 Kernel-Power which means my pc would crash, black screen and then restart while gaming. I switched it out with a Corsair RM 850x which is really known within the Pc community as the best power supply. The issue has since been resolved.
Second issue, this case has poor airflow since it doesn't come with top case fans. Quickly solved that issue by putting 3 120mm ARGb fans and cooled everything down. That's pretty much it, other then these two issues this Pc is a beast and will handle every game today with no problems.
I'm hoping someone from Cyberpowerpc and Bestbuy reads this because if a newbie at computers buys this machine and has issues with the Power supply or overheating then there going to return it and have Geek squad send it off to there warehouse for weeks only to swap out the PSU for the same one and have the issue continue.

This is a great machine for the price! Yes you could potentially build something a little cheaper, but when considering GPU prices and parts availability this is really not a bad deal.
I hopped on pcpartpicker and plugged in all the components that came in my build, except for the motherboard which I used a B550M Phantom Gaming 4 as a substitute, and the price was actually a little more expensive than what it costs at the store.
The only improvements I did to mine was to transplant the internals into my other case which has much better airflow (NZXT Phantom 630 with 3x 200mm and 1x 140mm fans wired into a separate fan hub not powered by the motherboard) and a Corsair 750W PSU to replace the chintzy and incredibly questionable Apevia unit which seems to have a really high failure rate. This could also indicate the high cause of death for this build with users stating “my build died after X months, total garbage, etc, etc, etc”
The PSU is the first change you should do when you get this machine!
If you feel like reading a bit, I have my pros and cons below and I will try to explain what CyberpowerPC did wrong and how I fixed/improved it.
Pros:
1. Price/performance value!!
2. Regular PC components!
3. No bloatware!
4. Readily available in my area.
Cons:
1. Questionable power supply. More on this below in the PSU section.
2. Case cooling needs improvement, as an SI they should lean more towards performance and not so much on aesthetics. More on this below in the AIO and Case sections.
3. Questionable wiring of CPU AIO cooler. More on this below in the motherboard section.
4. The AIO cooler was butchered by CyberpowerPC. More on this below in the AIO Cooler section.
The parts that came in this build are:
AMD R7 3700x
Asrock B550M-C motherboard. This seems to be some sort of OEM type board not sold in stores. Asrocks website does have a newer BIOS for it though I haven't done it, mine is only a couple of months behind.
2x 8GB Crucial Ballistix 3200 XMP kit. BL8G32C16U4W that run 16-18-18-36 @ 1.35V
Asrock Challenger D RX 6700XT
WD Blue SN550 1TB NVMe SSD
Apevia ATX-PR800W Prestige 800W PSU. This is a questionable PSU.
Processor:
Not much to say about it except it's still an awesome CPU! yes a little slower than it's 5 series counterpart but the difference is not night and day.
GPU:
Fast! It has run every game under my steam library on ultra settings and stays very cool with temps not going over 85 C Hot Spot Temp. (probably because the Phantom 630 has a 200mm fan right on top of the card supplying it with constant cool air)
AIO Cooler:
This is a Cooler Master MASTERLIQUID ML120R RGB.
CyberpowerPC changed the Coolermaster logo on the pump and slapped their own. The pump is a standard 12V non-PWM pump with a 3 pin connector and this cooler comes with 2 matched PWM controlled fans in push/pull configuration.
What Cyberpower did to butcher this cooler for the sake of aesthetics is to remove one of the PWM fans from the radiator, because they don’t match the case’s Ring RGB fans, and attach to the front of it the 12V Molex CASE FAN that is supposed to go as the third fan in the front of the case!
Since the case has that metal/plastic white covering at the bottom you would only see the top portion of the fan. So, in their infinite wisdom they chose to make the PC look cool by attaching that case fan to the front of the radiator as a push fan.
The problem with this is that the fan doesn't have a lot of static pressure! It's not a radiator fan! This ends up choking the rear PWM fan when you set it to standard or above in the BIOS fan curve, which also leads to a very distinct air/woosh noise from the radiator and hurts cooling performance. I got better CPU thermals by removing that ring RGB fan and placing the rear pull fan as a push fan with the standard fan profile. (NOTE: CyberpowerPC changed the fan profiles to silent in the BIOS for all the fan headers!)
Motherboard:
As mentioned, this Asrock B550M-C mobo seems to be some type of OEM board which is listed under the regular downloads section but not under the SIBIOS section. I cannot find anyone that sells it online.
One thing to note in this build, and it may be the case on others that have the same motherboard: CyberpowerPC plugged in the AIO pump into the CPU fan header, and the radiator PWM fan into one of the bottom chassis fan/pump fan headers.
The issue I have with this is that in reading this motherboards’ manual, the CPU fan header only puts out 1 AMP max vs the Chassis/Pump headers which put out 2 AMPs.
For the sake of safety to not potentially damage the motherboard header I rewired the pump (which is NOT PWM controlled) to one of the designated PUMP headers and the radiator fan up to the CPU fan header.
In the BIOS I set the fan profile for the pump header to PUMP, DC, Full Speed. Again, the pump is not PWM controlled so it needs to receive it's full 12V input, if not you run the risk of damaging the pump later on by burning out the motor.
Again, my rewiring thought of this is to prevent potentially damaging the motherboard and/or the pump.
Overall it seems to be a good motherboard. It looks like it has all the standard Asrock bells and whistles in the BIOS.
PSU:
Please do yourself a favor and change this Apevia unit for a more quality unit! This should be your first modification to this system when you purchase it.
Yes it has an 80+ Gold rating but that does not mean it's a good quality PSU. Look up Gamers Nexus 80 Plus Misunderstanding and Cheated Results so you can understand this misconception of quality point.
Online reviews for this PSU seem to show there’s a lot of DOA units OR units that die after a certain period of time. The reviews on this same system in this board talk about how this PSU has been unreliable or if they’re not very tech savvy mention their system died after X amount of time, and it would probably be PSU related.
Remember, a PSU could die and just take itself out in the best case scenario, but more often than not it dies and takes out something else with it!
CASE:
It looks cool, glass side panel and all but it’s very airflow restricted. The only air intake in the front are the top and bottom gaps between the frame and the glass/plastic/metal front.
The included case fans don’t move a lot of air, but they’re better than nothing and are somewhat quiet.
CyberpowerPC didn’t include any exhaust fans other than the rear mounted AIO, which is grabbing all the warm air from the components and passing it through the radiator to “cool” the CPU. This is not great for performance.
If they didn’t want to add extra fans due to cost, They could have left the AIO with its 2 factory fans and placed the 3 RGB ring fans on the top for NEGATIVE pressure in the case. This will essentially force fresh air from any opening while they dissipate rising heat out of the case to give you better thermals, this helps prolong component life in general while keeping the system running more efficiently (clock speeds, etc).
But I understand Cyberpowers' mentality, the PC wouldn’t look as cool by having a non illuminated front!
(I am an IT professional with over 20 years experience in the field and have been building my own systems up until the pandemic/supply chain/mining problems we’ve been having lately)

this is a great pc for the price. on fortnite, for example i can stay capped at 240 fps with no drops. the reason for my 3 star review is because i had to order this pc 2 times because the first one was faulty, the pc also had noticeable damage on the exterior such as dents in the case and scratches on the glass. so the problems regarding the faulty pc might have just been because of a poor shipping experience. another thing that should be noted is that the pc does run kind of hot

Excellent!
I had doubts about a prebuilt PC vs building my own, but this has exceeded my expectations. Its build quality is great and it is super clean and quiet. Runs smooth and performs amazing! It runs a little warm but that is to be expected of the 6700xt and the card doesn't get above 75C or so and has not yet ever throttled performance. Super happy with this purchase.

I picked up mine on 9/21/21. It came with the following. XFX Speedster SWFT 309 GPU. Correct CPU Ryzen 3 3700x. CyberPowerPC brand liquid cooling unit. Crucial Ballistix 8gb ddr4 3200 dim x2. WD Blue 1tb NVME. ASROCK 550am GAMING mobo. 2ea 3pin 120m front case fans that have lights on them. Apevia 800w prestige PSU, non modular. Mobo has built-in WiFi that is working well.
Everything works out of the box. The MOBO only has 1 nvme slot. The front case fans are not controllable and are fixed speed. The CyberPowerPC liquid cooler is meh, idle temps are around the high 40s to 50s. Gaming for a few hours temps never go above 78.
Rather than wait outside of a store for hours to get a GPU, wait years for the market to cool down if it ever does, this is your best bet at getting a decent GPU. I've been testing the unit for 3 days so far and everything is working well. No crashes on 10+ games. Left it running overnight without any issues.
I have 3ea. new 4pin 120mm case fans coming and two more dimms. I'll post my findings in a few days once.

I want to start by saying that for the price this is a great PC. With how the PC parts market is you’re just about getting your money’s worth with the GPU alone. I haven’t had the PC super long yet but I’ve had it long enough to wear it in and figure out what I do and don’t like about it. So far the PC has worked great and I haven’t run into any major problems. I typically play games at 1440p high-ultra settings and don’t have any performance issues. I have however noticed that during long sessions with a more graphically demanding game the computer starts to get very warm. I’ve never had it get to temperatures that caused any issues however it’s clear that cooling is a slight issue. Personally I upgraded the liquid cooler to a larger size and added more fans which seems to have helped a lot. Overall it’s a good computer to get started and with upgraded parts overtime can be made even better.

The pc is working well; make sure you do an in-store pickup. The UPS damaged the pc horribly, and it was a pain to do the refund since I had to ship it back through the UPS. Also, when I did pick it up in-store, the ram stick must have fallen out just before they placed the puffy packaging, so the insides don't shake. Best buy geek squad wanted me to come back into the store to fix the pc and charge me, but I called cyber power, and they helped me out. though their wait time was an hour+
I would recommend this pc but try to see if you can get it at a lower price. I was going to buy this pc at $1500, but the item went out of stock before making my final decision. The best thing to do is wait for the pandemic to quell the surge of scalpers/miners.
Actual review: the pc runs fine and sometimes can make a GPU coil whine noise but apparently, it's something not to worry about. It runs quietly while on. The inside of the pc is quite open, so you have room to add new cooling or other pc parts. The RGB can (thankfully) be turned off by holding down the button nearest the USB ports. Or you can cycle through the different color presets by clicking the button quickly, not holding it down. There are also 3 display ports and one HDMI port. The port on the motherboard does not work. The motherboard I received was an Asrock b550am which has room for up to 32GB of ram. I'm not exactly a gaming expert, so I don't have much knowledge, but it seems to run games fine, and my brother says it can run Fortnite smoothly. I'm a beginner 3d artist, and it can render faster than my potato laptop.
There is one problem I can't figure out, though, which is my motherboard lights up the CPU and DRAM light. But the light only turned on when it's off and plugged into my Wacom msp16 tablet. I have no idea why but no one knows why. I haven't taken it into the geek squad only because I am stubborn and don't want to pay extra for this already expensive pc. So I hope this won't bite me in the back in the future.
Overall I'm happy with my purchase, but my anxiety makes me question if everything is broken.

The main reason I decided to go pre-built was that this was the only way to secure a brand new GPU without paying a ridiculous markup. Even at the increased price this is a good deal in 2021. And wow is it pretty! I was at first frustrated that my model came with the ASRock version of the 6700xt but after more research this model seems to have better heat management. Out of the box this thing worked like a charm. I booted up Red Dead 2 and was getting nearly 100fps at ultra settings playing at 1440p. Forget what the AMD haters are saying - the 6700 XT is a beast that easily compares to the 2080 and at times the 2080ti. It doesn't match the ray-tracing capabilities just yet but developers are slowly starting to optimize ray tracing for AMD cards so we'll see an increase in performance during it's life time.

This CyberPowerPC is as close to perfection as it gets when shooting for price to performance. My PC came with the following:
- CyperPowerPC AIO CPU Water Cooler
- AMD 3700x CPU
- AMD OEM 6700XT GPU
- Asus B550m Mother Board
- A good looking Case, but lacking a little in air movement. This can and will be easily upgraded once ready.
- SSD is a 1TB NVME drive. as fast as you'll need.
A critical piece of the build is that allows for the 6700XT to utilize SAM (Smart Access Memory) since it utilizes a 3000 series processor and a B550 board.
So Far, everything is exceptional. Will update with any changes.
