Item is great amazing graphics amazing performance and then there's just the best part. There's free video editing and such. Yet the flaws are still there you can't download some art apps that the PC can not use. Also it is clear that my mouse was apparently too small for transportation. Such a small thing could only handle so much abuse. I saved it by doing some surgery on it. Overall great product.

    Pretty good for a prebuilt

Recently purchased the computer and so far it has been running great. I got this because I was unable to find a GPU at MSRP and this was cheaper than getting a 6700xt at scalped prices. I'm overall very happy with the machine, my only complaint is that there was waayy too much thermal paste on the CPU (I cleaned it off and reapplied) to the point it might've started oozing under load. It'll run most AAA titles at 60fps with max settings at 1080p no problem. Anything more than that might require lowering some settings, but I also have yet to encounter bottlenecks playing at those settings. Specs of the individual parts on my build: B550 Asus Prime mini ATX ASRock 6700xt Challenger Ryzen 7 3700xt Apevia 800w Gold (kinda sketch, I'm not a fan of Apevia as a brand) 3000mhz 2 x 8GB RAM

    PC Beginners Beware

I’m a relatively new PC beginner, and only know the bare minimum about parts and how they work. I knew I needed a new PC and I wanted to build it myself, but given the GPU market, I figured it would be easier to just buy a prebuilt with a nice graphics card already installed. I had already owned a Cyberpower PC before this one and it worked fine, so I figured “what could go wrong?” Well, everything. To start, the PC came in not ready to play, several components had come unplugged/dislodged so I had to get it fixed before I could play. I also had to wait a couple of days before I could get into touch with the Microsoft people to get my window installed because it didn’t come installed already. Most of this was mildly irritating and fairly simple fixes. However, after about 2 days of use, the PC started to crash CONSTANTLY. It didn’t matter whether I played on Ultra settings or low settings, it still couldn’t run for longer than 30 seconds without crashing. I tried every solution on the internet to no avail. On top of that, it felt like the PC was running extremely hot. The back plate of the PC got so hot at times that you could barely touch it. Ended up returning it and bought a GPU at aftermarket scalper prices and built my own.

I love this computer. I do a lot of 3d design for construction and for my 3d printer and my cnc carver as well as a lot of gaming and this computer can handle all of it with out a problem. I even run my oculus quest 2 wirelessly with it to play games from steam and it does perfect.

Great computer for the price! I can play all games 1920x1080 with ease, I use the AMD super-resolution and it makes it look even better! Temps for most games range from 65-80 degrees C with maxed settings. This computer does it all and I am very happy with it! Ive had it for over two years with heavy use and no hiccups so far! :)

I adore this PC. I've been using it daily since I bought it. It's powerful, makes it really easy to play all the games I love, and I need the strength for music and digital art. It does a great job and excels at all these things, and I want to buy CyberPower again in the future!

Honestly wasn't sure if this was too much of a beast for me, and it might be! I saw the graphics card and thought YES please! I mean the card alone is almost a grand, not to mention the liquid cooling, a 1T SSD. This thing has more pro's than con's for sure. Really not a huge fan of the RGB lighting, nor the case, but the build is pretty great. I mean glass is sweet to see inside the case, but finger prints ECT... I even added my own 3T hard drive from my old computer. it worked great, cause I was able to get everything I wanted off the old computer onto the HD. Only thing I regret is not getting a monitor at the same time! Perhaps I could have gotten a bundle deal?!! Here's hoping this lasts me as long as my last best buy computer! I believe it's been 5 or more years, and I did upgrade the graphics in the old rig. That one is still running good, just needed better graphics and the old one had all it could handle with a 1060TI. Now comes the fun of using windows 10, I had 8!

Bought this computer for grandson. Came well packaged. Cable management very good. Started up right out of the box with no problems in set-up. Runs quiet and fast. Grandson says games are really running smooth. I think this was a good buy for the features it came with. Game on!

So far so good. Have had for about a month. I immediately installed extra RAM and my current SSD before 1st boot. This was so i didn't have to port things over and open case after pluggin in. Cords were loose upon arrival and i had to open case to adjust them as first boot didnt take... though this may have also been me installing stuff. So many cables coming out of the power supply its hard to attach things correctly and the SATA slots on Mobo are BEHIND the GPU. Hidden took me forever to find them them actually be able plug my SATA in. Ugh. But overall nice PC. Over priced.. sure but in this market what isnt? Runs my video games so crisp.

With the current market this is a good deal. I will say as soon as I got it I upgraded to higher cpu and put in a little more ram. This thing is super fast; instant in every loading screen! If you looking for a prebuilt this thing is awesome.

This Pc is good for beginners, who dont want to go through the process of building a PC and want ease of use and with a GPU shortage. Mid tier PC that handles well and has good components. Branded ASRock that is owned by ASUS which is a good model and works great with most games. GPU my AMD is lower end but holds up great with AAA titles like R6 and Destiny. Recommend if you want to start of appropriately but definitely would Recommend adding a better Liquid cooling CPU fan since it will take in a lot of heat and one more case fan. Case looms amazing and Cyberpunk doesnt drop quality. Good purchase

Great PC for the price ($1650 when I bought it). Can run any game easily, and most games at over 144 fps. Shipped securely and everything was working out of the box. A minor issue I have is that this PC is not the best at detecting Wifi signals. I would recommend using an ethernet cable if possible or moving your router as close as possible to the PC. (It is possible that the Wifi problem is on my end, but I am not sure how to fix this) There is also an annoying blinking blue light on the PC when it is in sleep mode. I am unsure if I can disable this, but it is quite bright if you are sleeping in the same room as the PC. Overall, well worth $1650 as the most important part is how it runs games, which is exceptionally.

Took a while to get the PC after order. But the specs and overall price of the rig was reasonable. One of the only ways to get a modern GPU is to buy a prebuilt machine. I usually build my rigs, but on initial inspection the cable management is very clean. I did on arrival and before powering on checked memory and GPU. One mem DIMM didn't appear to be fully seated, possible result of shipping. Reseated all mem and GPU. Took a few restarts to get the GPU to display to the monitor, but ultimately worked and booted into Windows successfully. No onboard speaker so don't expect an audible POST. A couple minor nicks and mild scuffs on the case, but all in all decent rig for the price. Thanks. Asus Prime B550 mobo Ryzen 7 3700x Cool Masters liquid cooler ASROCK 6700XT 16GB DDR 3000Mhz (running @ 2666MHz) WD 1TB Nvme M.2 flash, really fast flash 960Mbps on data transfers.

I’ve had this PC now since mid May and I’ve got to say, I love it. Got an 6700xt ASrock Challenger. Could do without the ugly mustard cables. But the PC works like a dreams. Mouse and keyboard have already been upgraded. I had some GPU problems in the beginning with the loss of video. I had to undervolt the GPU to fix this. Price for this is high. But the market we are in its probably the best value easily accessible.
